Took my daughter here for her birthday. They were followed around and everthing they touch the lady said she had to hold for them to buy. My daughter took a stuffed animal and the string came out the back. She threatened my daughter that she had to pay because she broke it. The stuff animals a cheaply made that even a touch caused the hook to come out. When I asked to speak to the manager and explained the situation she became combative arguing with me saying you break you buy. I explained it was a small stuffed animal and it was poorly made and there was no sign saying you break you buy. She replied, "Well, common sense if you break you buy. I got mad and refunded the other items my daughter purchased and she kept following throwing insults. I ask her to leave me alone and allow the other nice lady and gentle man to help us but she keep making comments saying she doesn't have to stop bothering me her family owned this store. She even accused me a black women of being racist. No racist was you following my daughter and her friends around not letting them touch anything. This was the manager. The other employees asked to help me and wanted her to leave the store. She even went so far as to getting in my face to say what are you going to do about. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be back and will file a complaint. Hopeful someibe talks to her about her customer service skills. I would have recorded it but my nieces and her friends...

My thoughts about this place

I visited right whenever they opened and I usually shop here, There's a variety of Items including officially licensed products, The quality of keychains i bought were good, also the fabric posters were good quality too and everything is priced fairly, except for most of the clothing and half of the handbags, I bought this cute purple sweater and i got home to try it on, it was pretty and the fabric was soft, i read the tag and said 100% acrylic....I paid $60 USD for this sweater and it was already falling apart whenever I took it out of the bag, it was sewn poorly, most of the clothing here is cheap and flimsy and same goes for some of the bags here too.

Whenever I was shopping here there was an employee following me around the store and other employees looking at me, jeez just because I'm Hispanic doesn't mean I'm going to steal, I've shopped here multiple times and it's happened to me before, it's uncomfortable, Also, Whenever I bought keychains they kept them at the counter but whenever my WHITE cousin was going to buy a keychain they let her hold on to it while she continued shopping, stop racially profiling people its disgusting. 🙄😒👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Have some respect for the Hispanic community!!!!

What I don't recommend...

My daughter’s friend was harassed by the owner asking her where she put a small box that she was looking earlier. I went and asked him what was going on and he said he had a “footage” and asked her to show him where she put the box. Embarrassed she went and showed him where it was, but the one embarrassed was HIM when she found it at the same place where she put it back!!!!I don’t understand these people why they are so paranoid about people stealing specially if you are NOT ASIAN. I apologized to my daughter’s friend for this awful experience since this man didn’t have the courtesy to do it. She is only 12 years old!. Do not support this store if you are Hispanic or Black.
