My boyfriend bought me the elevated heart ring for my birthday 3 months ago (he also purchased the jewelry warranty) . And in the first week of having it I cleaned it with saline causing it to tarnish, and I went to Pandora and they replaced with no problem. But just 3 months later I dropped my ring in a parking lot and it was ran over. When I found it, it was bent and had a lot of dings in the band. So I called and asked if they would replace it and they said no and said that a ring cannot be replaced more than once (she said this with a really mean attitude and hung up). So I checked the warranty and saw nothing regarding their claim. I called Pandora customer service and they said that is not the case and your jewelry can be replaced within the first year of purchase free of charge. They are sending me a new ring now. But I should not have to call customer service and wait on the line for an hour just to get my replacement, when this store definitely could have replaced it easily. I find this store to have very rude and lazy employees. It bothers me that they are making a false warranty claim...

The bracelet was cute and dainty with a heart clasp that was difficult to take on and off. I got this design after talking with store manager Alisha, who also made the sale. The bracelet was snug and tight which made it hard to take on and off. A few weeks later it broke and I took it back for repair or exchange because we got the warranty. We were helped by nice sales lady A’Mya. I asked if I could get a Bigger size bracelet (same one) and she said because they were replacing a broken one it had to be the same size. I don’t give my business where customers are not appreciated, or treated with kindness and respect. The Grapevine location was the closest to me, and I didn’t have much time to travel any farther. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted right away by all of the associates. The Assistant Store Manager, Brandi, she was awesome- poised, professional, and knowledgeable of current promotions. Eli, the store associate that stepped in to assist me with my purchase was the absolute sweetest! She too was very professional and knowledgeable of store products. Eli helped me make the perfect selection for my daughter’s first Pandora bracelet, and made sure everything was to my liking and packaged nicely. I will most definitely come back again!
