This spot is my new favorite Grayson gem. The owner Julian greeted us at the door and welcomed us inside, the immediate impression was warm and comforting. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, cozy, and modern. Claudia our server was so sweet and personable. She took time to ask our names and made the entire experience feel like we were dining at a friends house- not a restaurant. The empanadas (both beef and chicken were amazing) from the tapas menu, the Meraki salad with the passion fruit dressing tasted like pure happiness, the Meraki steak cooked and seasoned to perfection paired beautifully with the fresh vegetables, masked potatoes, and don't miss out on the reduction sauce the steak is served with- absolutely devine! The passion fruit cheese cake was a delicate balance of sweetness and perfection. Everything we tried was so delicious and crafted with love. Can't wait to go back and try other menu items. So grateful for a new local venue to enjoy. We will be back for Paella night...
Read moreI went to dinner with my family at this new spot called Meraki, and it was amazing! We kicked things off with some chicken empanadas that were super tasty, crispy, and just delicious. We also tried the fried pork ceviche, which I have to say was the best Iâve ever had. For the main courses, the Meraki New York Steak was cooked just right, really juicy and hot, with this unique flavor from the red wine reduction. And the burger was unforgettable! It was fresh, with everything perfectly balanced, and those crispy potatoes were the perfect side. Overall, it was an awesome night with some seriously flavorful food that canât be beaten. The vibe was peaceful and intimate, plus the staff was attentive, warm and friendly. For sure, this is my new...
Read moreFirst let me say that I have eaten here before and the food and ambience was AMAZING!
I decided to come back with a friend who has been wanting to come. We showed up today, August 27th at 5:45 and the front door was open for business; however, the main door was locked. I called both numbers on the flyer taped to the main door and there was no answer. There was; however, someone in the back cooking, and the back door was open.
With two cameras in the foyer section, the person in the back should have been alerted to the motion. Additionally, we sat there for at least 10 minutes. Iâm disappointed that this happened and probably will not return.
Itâs sad because Meraki is nice...
