I purchased about 6 items from the store and was very happy with three of them. The staff was friendly and the store was clean and well maintained. My complaint is a seller of coins who has a display case in another room just off the main room. I did not have my price guide with me, but purchased 3 coins from the seller that I knew I needed. I assumed the prices listed would be close to book price or a little inflated. When I got home I realized the prices were way overpriced. This is on me and buyer beware, I should have had my own price guide, but I think that since the rest of the store was well maintained and the other items were priced well that this one seller is taking advantage of the rest of the store. I live too far from the store to take my items back to complain. I am sad about this because as I said before I enjoyed the store and the staff. I would recommend it, but do not buy any of the coins from the display case just inside the second room unless you validate the quality and the...

This place was very unpleasant, which was a shock because it came highly recommended. The man running the shop scarcely looked up when we entered. He never asked if we needed help or even acknowledged us. When we were ready to purchase our items he rudely left the store without explanation and helped a vendor carry a heavy chest inside. It was the most ridiculous display of blatant disrespect and rudeness I have ever seen. Still, we remained calm and proceeded to check out and a few of the items we selected did not have price tags. The associate, a male in perhaps his 50s, was not only unable to give us prices but he made us wait for a half hour. In the end, they lost a sale upwards of $60. A shame and a pity.
