Four Brothers Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Great Barrington

FANTASTIC! These four brothers know what they're doing. While visiting the folks for thanksgiving, I was surprised and intrigued, when my mom, who hates pizza and is a vegetarian, suggested having lunch at this local pizza place. Being from Los Angeles, with lots of restaurants available, Ive become a bit of a food snob, so I really wasnt expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and superiority of the food at this little gem of a place. I ordered the Brothers Special pizza. It was simply the BEST pizza I've ever had... anywhere. The meatballs on the pizza had tons of flavor, like mini meatloaves. All the meat tasted fresh and not like it had been sitting around in the fridge for days before they used it like some places and they didnt skimp on the toppings. The mozzarella was so creamy and tasted fresh from the farm. But the crust was the best part. Not too thick or thin, crispy yet tender and light and held together well despite all the toppings. Absolutely incredible. The quality of the food extended to my parents meal as well. The ricotta in my mom's calzone was fluffy, creamy and full of flavor. And her marinara sauce didn't disappoint either. Not too acidic or too sweet, with a hint of garlic. Absolute perfection! It's not fancy or pretentious. Just great food with service that was friendly and accomodating. If you find yourself in the Berkshires, RUN, don't walk to this hidden treasure. I am in Great Barrington for a work trip and I am Very disappointed in the way I was treated at this restaurant by the sever with glasses, not just one time but three times. Yes three times. Once with several coworkers and we thought maybe we just caught her on a bad day plus we were a group and sometimes a group is more work. But we were the ONLY people in there. We all still tipped her 20 percent even though she didnt deserve it and we all ordered a ton of food. Then I ordered take out food because I wasnt feeling well. When I went in to pick up my food she was super rude and snatched the card out of my hand, and then she was super rude with the people in line behind me because they asked for utensils. Then I decided to go there after work because the website said they stay open until 10 pm and we didnt get out of work until 9. I walked in and the same girl gave me a rude look and I told her there would be 2 of us. She then looked at the clock and I said your website says you are open until 10 and the open sign is still on. She huffed and said oh well we are closed. I walked out and was heated. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant that was talked so highly of from people in this town. The food was just okay and the server made the experience horrible. I get it, she hates her job but that is not my fault. This girl has horrible...

Love the pizza … their homemade fresh Greek dressing and the Greek salad .. the wings are good .. the onion soup … and rice with chicken also delicious.. we were just here recently … we always visit this restaurant when we go snow tubing or go To the lee outlets .. I give it a four today … the waitress we got this week not too happy with … she came Out With the pizza .. soup and salad all at once after waiting for a few.. my husband had to get her attention .. it was as she forgot we were waiting .. and my husband Had to remind her after she brought the pizza out with the soup that she had forgotten our salad … and she kept apologizing after .. we normally like to have the soup or salad or even the appetizer first before the pizza .. we don’t like everything all at once … what a bummer … and the soup was cold … we been going here for years and always enjoy the food and our time at this restaurant …
