Midnight Liquor — Local services in Greeley

Okay, this is a weird 5 star review but it is important!

I've been going to this location for five years now. I have gone at all hours of the day for various reasons. (A bottle of wine as a gift, for myself, etc)

Whenever I walk in, I am greeted by someone at the front desk. It is a warm greeting and there is definite sense that an eye is being kept on the customers. That is fine with me because.... Don't steal stuff!

Here is the important part: on two separate occasions I have watched while a woman, shopping alone, was approached by an entitled man who probably thought that a woman buying alcohol means something more than just that. In both cases, the man approached the woman and started making comments about partying and joining the party. BOTH TIMES, the staff of the store ran interference and chased the man off. They watched to make sure it wasn't a welcome conversation. They protected the sanctity of wanting to shop alone. I feel safe at this store and appreciate the methods of the staff. Friendly, but don't mess around!

Friendly, knowledgeable and affordable place to get liquor or beer. Whether you're just having a night in drinking alone one time or every time, or you're just having dinner with friends or family and need a bottle of wine or all the fixin's for a cocktail party, or you're new to binge drinking or a seasoned alcoholic; need to cash a check, but banking hours are over or you don't have a banking account; need some cigarettes or do you have a gambling problem, or perhaps just like to scratch your luck once in awhile. Store falsely advertises. Banner on building says the Budlight 24 ok bottles or cans ar $16.89. However, when I went in to buy them they were $18.99. I asked the gentleman about them and he said no. Then said cans only. I told him the sign says bottles or cans. He said just cans. Everyone says they are really friendly and best prices in town. Wrong!!! Far from friendly and prices at Westlake liquor are much better. Case of Budlight bottles or cans is $17.99. Midnight liquor is dark and no business. I walked in at 9pm and nobody was there besides...
