T.J. Maxx — Local services in Greeley

This store is always stocked with cute, high-quality stuff. I don’t usually write reviews unless something really stands out, good or bad, but my visits here got me to share. One time, the line was super long, which happens sometimes. To my surprise, a staff member came by with a bucket of chocolates and offered everyone in line a piece!! I was blown away, in the best way. They totally saw the long wait and went out of their way to make it better for us. I also want to mention an incident from about two years ago when I saw a theft at the store. Some people grabbed makeup and purses and ran off. The staff handled it so well that I never felt unsafe or worried. I was extremely impressed with how it was handled. But, I want to make clear this isn’t a sketchy area! This place feels safe, and I come here a lot. I totally recommend this store to anyone who hasn’t checked it...

Horrible training on the register procedures!!! I was ripped off for over $488.00 all because one of your associates didn't ask for an ID on a charge. It cost both T J MAXX and me; time, paperwork, anger, and MONEY!!! Poor, poor training on the managers part. That is always priority one on a charge card... No more slacking associates!!!! maybe it should come out of the associates pocket to repay me... might make you wake up and pay attention to your job and all the details of a customer service representative. Lucky thing I have a banking institution that pays attention to their job and notified me within two minutes in Colorado Springs that you allowed this to happen. Check your loss...

I absolutely LOVE this place! TJ Maxx is my all-time favorite department store! I always find the absolute best deals. I buy every gift, for every person, & every time - 90% of all presents come from a TJ Maxx.

I just wish they had Men's shoes... But most importantly, I just wish they'd got more Men's jewelry, like they used to get (All the way up until 2 years ago)! An astonishing large selection with everything... now, lucky to find 1 full price $30 watch! I miss how it was before the pandemic, when it went from 4+ dozen at any given time, down to 0!
