This place really needs to get it together. Do NOT order food here if you are in any type of hurry. After placing carry out order, which app said would be ready in 12 minutes, got to the store and waited another 30 minutes while watching people come in after me, order, and leave. I finally asked for a refund. Took up my whole lunch break and now have no time to get food anywhere else. Pathetic! Thanks a lot!

I wanted to edit this as I don’t see a spot to respond to whom I assume is the owner. As a business owner myself, the way you run this place is sad. I’m sorry, but there is no other way to say it. You want to blame it on the app, and I would have been willing to accept that, had it not been for your employee working the line in back greeting me by name as I walked in, (Almost 30 minutes prior to you finally refunding my money) and telling me she was working on my order. Which was supposed to be ready according to my app, 10 minutes prior to the time I arrived. I spend a lot of money at your restaurant, and that’s why your employee recognized me. I think I would of over looked the whole incident had you as an owner/manager done something. But instead of helping your staff, who was completely overwhelmed, you sat in the dinning area talking to 2 men the whole time. You had so many people waiting and many looked angry, and your poor staff clearly needing help that was never offered. Attitude reflects leadership, and you are clearly showing your staff what it looks like to be lazy. You never once tried to help, or even to make my situation right. Instead, you refunded my money, which will take days to get back, and blamed the app, even after I showed you what my end said. That is the part that made me right this review the most…. Simply YOU, as the owner. I would have never let my customer walk out feeling the way they did. But hey, you at least spent time with the customers who already had food, whom you seemed to know, while ignoring your other patrons and your employees. Good luck with your business, cause based on all the reviews and what I witnessed yesterday, you won’t be in...

First off the food is good, it's not the food that is the problem. I understand that it's busy, but at the same time my last two experiences were terrible. I ordered ahead both times with over half an hour before pick up both times and the staff failed both times. The fist incident they gave my order to someone else. When I asked how long it would be before they could remake my order I was informed that well we are really busy so I don't know how long it will take. There are a lot of other orders still. Since my order was given away shouldn't mine now be expedited? No, okay so got a refund because I had to go to work. The second time I ordered at 515 for a 545 pick up. I got to the store at 550 and they said it wasn't ready yet. I waited in store for ten minutes before asking about how long before my order would be ready. They told me another 20 minutes because they were busy. So again had to get a refund because I had to go to work. Since I work night shift I had to hurry and find something else that could be done quickly because I was going to be late for work again because this store can't put out orders. I tried giving them another change, I won't be making that mistake again. The staff doesn't care if they loose business, their response both time and with two different employees was well sorry but were busy. I don't know what to tell you, you will have to wait.

It's a shame the foods not bad, the way it's run is awful. I can go get teriyaki from their competitors and not have the...

I’ve spent 3+ years in restaurants as a manager. What I saw in this restaurant 5/26 at 7:00 pm was nothing short of an absolute failure. To preface, this was my first time ordering from Teriyaki Madness and I probably won’t ever eat here again. From walking in and seeing a maskless, smirking woman with cheek piercings telling customers OFF THE BAT that it would be a 45 minute wait was just the first issue.

This restaurant has teenagers working a line that they obviously have no knowledge of how to operate efficiently. The cashier went out for a cigarette MID-RUSH and left her team out to dry. The only one that did a good job was a young girl (I should have gotten her name) who took her place up front during the smoke break. Employees were coming off the line to grab drinks in the middle of a rush as well.

We had to throw our steak bowl out. The texture was sandy/gritty and quite frankly inedible. My spicy chicken and fried rice was just okay. I guarantee that any other Teriyaki Madness I would have went to would have been great. If a regional or general manager sees this review, you really need to take a look at what’s going on here and re-train these employees.

It has the potential to be good. Until management fixes the situation here, I would advise you to stay...

Such a waste, I would give zero stars if I could. I would quite honestly rather go to Tokyo Joe's thats not even a mile down the road. This was not even close to worth the $45 we spent. I could get two hole meals from Texas roadhouse for that much. We ended up getting something else for dinner because it was just that bad. My teriyaki steak was mush literally. Like no chew to it at all, the noodles were spicy for some reason? I asked for no vegetables and they still put them in there. My spouse got burnt chicken with zero sauce. And they didn't follow his special instructions (I kind of expected this though). Was told it would be ready by 7:09 and it wasn't ready for another 30-45 minutes after that. The wontons are blander than bread. The egg rolls were probably the better part of it besides the fact that mine was burnt. I just....I have no words. This was our first try and probably our last. I hate wasting food, but the texture of the steak was nauseating. I wouldnt even feed this to a homeless person. There's nothing you could say that would make me even try to come back.

Not gonna lie, the food is yummy. Based on food alone, a five star was due. But dining in was a HECK NO fo me! If there had been Muzak from the 70s, k-pop, or traditional Japanese music, I would have dined in. Instead they had this LOUD twangy junk that grated on my nerves 30 seconds after entering. The loud bothered me the most, because I could barely hear the cashier over it. The cashier was aloof, plausibly nice, but she spoke fast and sounded like a record. The worst part was the fact that she had extremely long, fake eyelashes, and long hair that was past her waist, and not braided or put in a bun. I also have long hair, but when I am cooking, it is contained. If she even walks through the kitchen, I want that hair tied up!. So, while I was eating, I kept looking for hair, fake and real, in my food. Ambience and cleanliness give this place a big fail!

Every so often, I get the craving, it comes over me like a wave of short-term nauseau followed by extreme mouth-wetting, I start drooling over the spicy chicken over rice, (and I often switch between white and fried, with and without a little veggie-blend, and coupled with their house-teriyaki sauce, and the spice from the chicken sauce used in the wok, I just feel like everyone at least once should try this place, and if you live locally in the NoCO market, and you can choose between Loveland or Greeley, choose Greeley, these guys do everything right from the customer service, to the low wait times for food and the quantity sizes for some reason, their "large" is much bigger than the "large" I had in Loveland, I don't know, it's quieter and just seems more quaint.
