Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Greeley

I don’t know what happened but this new staff of management is just awful. They clearly aren’t capable of doing their basic duties of even taking refunds or using the computer, which I feel is the most basic duties a manager should be able too do. I don’t want only three mangers who I can truly speak to and have help me properly. Also the way they run the store is so unfriendly and cold. It’s all about the time and doing everything exactly by the book then the customer. If the rules are so important too them why don’t the managers work the customers or do the basic like they should. I don’t think theirs a problem at all with the regular staff. It is genuinely the management who is bringing this store so far down it’s sad. I ordered through door dash and I called the store to make changes to my order. When the food arrived it was awful, especially the green chili fries, had no chili. They were soggy, cold, and the burger was stale and awful. The Pepsi was supposed to be no ice, it had a lot of ice, so it was watered down. I called the store back and was told the kitchen was in chaos. The lady told me to call back when the manager is there and they would redo my order another day. I called back today, got the same person and she now says that they can't redo my order unless I pick it up. Today she claimed to be the manager. I ordered through door dash for a reason!!! Thankfully door dash refunded me and I will never eat at this good times again. It's sad they used to be so good. I see a failure real soon for good...

Update: 3/25/23 Tried again and brought two cards to the in person location. Also tried the app but it was malfunctionting. So today, chick fil a will get my money instead. I WANT to eat here. I LOVE this Good Times and I literally can't get food at this location without getting cash out of the bank anymore. so frustrating.

Original review: I love this place but they need to fix their card reader. Had issues months ago and hadn't been back. Got turned away today because their reader couldn't read my card and I only had the one. Got Arby's instead because their card reader actually works...but I would rather have had my wild fries. Downloaded the app for next time, but annoyed that I have to get on an app ahead of time to be able to enjoy Good Times. Just fix the dang reader so it reliably...
