Arrived to pick up my door dash order at night, after the lobby was closed. I went through the drive thru to grab it. When I went to the intercom, I told the name on the order and was told to pull forward. When I pulled forward I had seen the manager (lucenda) pull out her phone and start texting. I didn't care at all until I sat there for over 2 minutes watching her text and smile. (I still haven't been helped at the window) when she looked up from her phone she came to the window and asked how can she help me. When i let her know it was ridiculous that she didnt know what i was there for because she was texting, she then told me that she was texting her boss. It was frustrating knowing she was texting the entire time I was at the window and then not having a clue as to what I was there for. If she was texting her boss im sure the boss wouldve understood why she wasnt responding right away. When i asked her for her name, she refused to give me her name and directed her employees not to give me her name either. 1 male worker came from the back and asked if I wanted him to write her name down. As he did the manager stopped him again and then she proceeded to tell me her name. They forgot the drinks to my order (as usual) so I had to ask them for the drinks 3 different times after they handed me the food. As I was leaving the manager proceeded to yell profanities at me. Unfortunately this was not the only incident I have had with this popeyes location. I have waited 40 minutes in the parking lot for my personal food (lobby was closed) and I had to call them 15 minutes after waiting, to ask for my order. Just to wait another 15 minutes for undercooked chicken. The chicken was for my daughter and I had to keep her from eating because the chicken was raw. With picking up multiple orders here for door dash, I have seen the employees jumping in and out of the drive thru window to talk with their friends in the drive thru. I have seen the lobby close way earlier then they're supposed to and the orders always take 10 minutes or longer no matter what time of day it is. I have tried to contact cooperate multiple times as well and I have not been contacted back yet. Its absolutely ridiculous that this locations night crew is able to continuously make multiple mistakes and be careless without consequence. I love their food but the customer service here is unacceptable. I wouldn't even give it 1 star if it was possible

Read moreI really liked, past tense now, Popeyes but after my last two trips I will not go to Popeyes ever again. I ordered a fountain drink with no ice, popcorn shrimp, cocktail sauce, and wings, with sweet heat dip. I finished my day and went to the drive thru to head home after a long day. My first flag should’ve been when I got my drink with ice… I don’t like to waste, so I took the drink and informed the staff it was supposed to be without ice. I received my food, yes I should’ve checked my bag but I’ve been there before and I’ve never experience any issue with my orders in drive thru. I drove home and got situated to sit down and eat. I opened the bag to find I was missing all dips. I thought, it’s ok because I’ve had a long day and I’ll eat my food without dips, even tho I’m a very saucy type with my food. Then, I opened the popcorn shrimp, popped a piece in my mouth only to bit into fried batter… NO SHRIMP! I popped another piece in my mouth and another piece of fried batter. I started to check each piece to discover 4 pieces of actual popcorn shrimp and the rest was fried batter. At this point it was 10 minutes before they closed. I called the restaurant and spoke to a woman who refused to tell me her name. I told her about my order and she told me that she was currently looking at the popcorn shrimp and it was just fine. I felt that she didn’t believe me. I continued to speak about how unsatisfied I was and after a few minutes she repeated that the popcorn shrimp was fine. She said I didn’t have to be disrespectful… I wasn’t being disrespectful, cursing, or calling her out of her name. I was being stern, which some people may take that as rude. I told her I was going back to the restaurant. Finally she said that she can replace the shrimp. I arrived in two minutes, before closing time to find the door locked and the employees just turned to look at me and walked into the kitchen. I knocked and the woman I spoke to came to the door and said she wouldn’t allow me in if I’m being disrespectful. I told her I apologize for my tone and all I wanted was to go home to eat and call it a night. Sure allowed me into the restaurant. Replaced my order and asked if I’d like anything else, which was kind of her. I told her no thank you I would just like what I ordered. She remade my order and place two additional items in my bag. Read moreMy husband and I moved from Fort Collins and they don't have a Popeyes so I was super excited to move to a town that does. A family member sent us a $50 gift card. The first order went really well. The second order I used mobile ordering because I just wanted to pick it up after work. The total for the order was $26 and the remainder on the gift card had $23. I ordered to make up the difference the app told me that it would charge $5 to add to the gift card. So I went ahead and added my debit card for the $5 to be added to my gift card. When I checked my bank statement it had charged the full amount of $26. I was super bummed because we have a baby due soon and every dollar counts right now. I called and explained the situation the female worker I spoke with was great and explained that she would need her general Manger to fix the situation since it was a mobile order. I simple wanted for my money to be refunded and for the gift card to be used instead. Everytime I called they said the manager was not there and they told me when he would be in. However, when I called when he was supposed to be there he wasn't. I asked if I could leave my phone number and finally after two weeks he finally calls me back. Just to belittle my experience and saw that it has been to long for him to give me a refund. When I have literally taken on a part time job trying to get ahold of him. I have had a fast food restaurant mess up on my order and every place is usually very great about making the fixing the experience.
