Fiesta bistro, LLC — Restaurant in Green Brook Township

We had a fantastic lunch at this new neighborhood gem. The owners/chefs are incredible with their hospitality. The ambience is charming and relaxing and makes you want to stay and relax all day!! I loved the background music.

We tried several dishes including the house salad bowl, the pesto chicken sandwich, and the fajita folded wrap. Each dish had amazing taste and was so wonderfully presented.

Locally roasted and brewed coffee was also outstanding.

This is a new favorite and we look forward to visiting...

This place is phenomenal and deserves more recognition! It is amazing! I have been twice already and will definitely make this a routine place to stop at. They have tons to offer from meals to drinks and there is always something new to try! The place has a cute upbeat friendly vibe that almost makes you feel like you are in a city cafe!
