usually the service is great, and the drinks are great. but one of the last times i went through the drive through i was caught in one of the things where the person infront pays for the person behind, when it was my turn at the window, the barista informed me the person infront of me payed for my stuff. i said "oh awesome!" and accepted. as i don't have that much money, and i don't come that often and this was a treat for myself, and my mom, as it was a hard day. and she continued to stare at me, and wait for me to pay for the person behind me. i said "well i don't really have the extra money to pay for random people's drinks.." and she said "well ACTUALLY the person behind you has a cheaper order." to which i just paid it, to get out of the situation. (looking back i wish i would have resisted, but i am really shy, and just wanted to leave.) the whole "pay it forward" is supposed to be a treat for the person behind you, but when you are guilted into paying for someone else's drink, it ruins it. and it makes me not even want to go there anymore. and if the person behind me has a cheaper order, what happens to the person behind them??? the person behind them probably isn't cheaper ! it has to stop somewhere :/ you can't guilt everyone...

When I went back in 2 hours later to show the same girl at the window that it did go through my Mastercard and that I paid twice (once on both card) she couldn't help me so put me with another girl who was extremely rude, told me to prove that I paid twice which I had proof with me. Explained to her that I'm not trying to get a free drink just trying to show I paid twice. Still didn't believe me so she pulled up my receipt because Thankfully I brought the drink in with me. She pulled up where I paid on my discover card, I had my master card receipt in hand, rolled her eyes and said here, here's 3 gift cards they each have 4 dollars on them then sent me on my way. Didn't apologize, nothing but scowled me and was rude for their mistake. Poor...

We come to this Starbucks regularly and always have a great experience. The drive-through is usually busy, but service is fast, efficient, and the staff is consistently kind and professional. Today, we decided to walk in after ordering ahead online, and it was just as great—if not better.
The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted, possibly by the manager, which made us feel very welcome. Our two drinks and two sandwiches were ready quickly, and everything looked and tasted amazing. The drinks were beautifully made—not messy at all—and the sandwiches were hot, fresh, and delicious.
The interior was spotless, the atmosphere was happy and inviting, and the customer service was excellent as always. This is one of the neatest and most consistent Starbucks locations we’ve been to....
