My experience was so awesome. Bryan and and another gentleman (I forgot his name) were so accommodating. The customer service was beyond my expectation. What I love is excellent customer service. If I receive great customer service I want to share it with the world. That is so missing. Now I am that one who will also speak about poor customer service. AT & T store in Greenbelt, Maryland staff is awesome.
So, just to share with you. I obtained a new phone along with new service. They did what they could do while I was inside of the store but I had to leave. Both gentlemen continued after I left they continued to prepare my iPad and my Apple Watch.
They followed up with a phone call to keep me informed as well. Today, I returned to the store for additional assistance which was needed and once again the gentlemen were accommodating. So, friendly and nice. They answered my questions. I mean who could have asked for better customer service.

ย ย ย Read more10/10 donโt recommend first of all I had this experience while I was in the process of getting a new phone service because i was no longer satisfied with AT&T I came into the store when I spoke with one of the employees letting him know I wanted to turn in the phone because I was no longer with AT&T and didnโt want to be charged the phone anymore without my knowledge he then put my phone into the system as a trade it when I told him I no longer had the service. so what am I trading in ? I have no idea what I did to my phone and walked inside the AT&T store basically panicking because I was not able to use my phone. In my past experiences when Iโve entered a AT&T store usually if I am not upgrading or getting a new line, The representatives are no help and tell me to go to the Apple Store to fix my phone.
With that said. I walked into the AT&T stood in line for 2 to 3 minutes, Jose came out from the back and was very professional and kind. He seemed very empathetic to my situation. Jose was able to help me all the way! He patiently was able to fix the issue and walk me through, how not to make that mistake again ha ha.
I asked for his card because I know who to ask for if I ever need assistance with my phone.
