Over this past weekend I was very disappointed how the Manager Monica handled a customer concern. I was originally in Springfield and wanted a particular shoe to be sent from her location to Springfield. When the Manager from Springfield called the Manager in Greenbelt she said she would not be sending the shoe due to going out of town for a company event. That response in itself is poor customer service. It took for another employee at the Springfield location to call back to Greenbelt, which then Manager Monica had a sudden change of heart to send the shoe. This was something that could've been handled in a mature manner, if only the Manager at Greenbelt had realized the request was apart of her job description in giving good customer service.
