I ordered online for the first time and my bras came in the mail. I was sent the wrong size even though I ordered my correct size so I called the online customer service and they said they were out of stock in my size but I could go to my local store and get a refund. I asked them if there would be any problems because my packing slip said I ordered at 38 DDD but they sent me a 36 B. The associate assured me there would be no issues. I then called the Southridge store and asked if they had my size in a different bra that also came in the mail. (this was my size error not the companies) They said yes we have tons of your size in almost every color. I went in and they said my item (that they sent the wrong size of) had already been returned and that I could not return it. I had to call the company online. When I said I had talked to the company online already and was told to come in store for a refund they said there was nothing they could do and I needed to call again. I then asked about the bra I wanted to exchange (that I called the Southridge store about) and they said they do not sell it in store. I am very disappointed I was given misinformation about what they had and had to drive across town just to be told I could have stayed home and ordered the size I needed and call back customer service again. I ended up buying something in store (another mistake) and upon leaving I realized the associate left the security device on the item. I already felt they were suspicious of me when I came in and they said my item was “already returned” so having to walk back in and ask for my security tag to be taken off was mortifying. I have never shopped at Victoria’s Secret before this and I can assure you I...
Read moreI love Victoria Secrets products but my experience at this particular location wasn't the best. The associates seemed more interested in their conversations on the headset and weren't helpful. I was in the store front and back shopping for 25 minutes and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I came in to look through the clearance and founded something I like and went to the cash wrap to pay for it. No cashier was present. I waited for 5 minutes until an associate came in. She knew I was waiting because she stopped to talk to another customer and it seemed like they knew each other. Once she went behind the cash wrap she asked if anyone helped me and I said no. No apologies, nothing. An apology would have sufficed but I just got a 'oh...' then she proceeded to have a conversation on the headset non work related without focusing on ringing my things up. Just terrible customer service and didn't even try to make up for no one helping me. Since there are two other Victoria secrets in the area, let's just say I'm not coming back...
Read moreI had a GREAT experience with a man who self identified as Jihadi Johnson at a car wash the other week. You already know when I found out that his sisters child (cousin) worked at Victorias Secret that I just HAD to go. Sure enough, I came to Victorias Secret (make sure you don’t tell Victoria!!! Lol!!) and I saw someone who was wearing the same exact hat as J.J. (Jihadi Johnson). He was hanging up bras in the section that had bras in it. He told me his name was Islamic Bonson the Solid State Ponson. I asked him if he was related to Jihadi Johnson (which is funny when you think about it because I already knew the answer because Jihadi Johnson already told me that his cousin worked there lol). He said yes and I just knew it because Jihadi Johnson already told me! Anyways, he took a break and we went to the food court and had a quick lunch. I.B. the S.S.P. (Islamic Bonson the Solid State Ponson) had a LOT to tell me about Jihadi Johnson. Wait til I go back to the...
