Daddy Yo's Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Greenfield

PLEASE CHECK THE TOTAL IS CORRECT HERE ALWAYS! I frequent this place a lot. To the point where I fill up my ticket card often. Today, 10/10/24, an Asian man was attending me, and I gave him the card that awarded me a free 10oz of yogurt. My yogurt weighed 13.6oz, at 70 cents an oz it should've been $9.52 minus $7 for the free 10oz but he said it would be $20.81. When I referenced the card he said it'd be $7 off so the new total was going to be $12.81. Which was still wrong. After going over the math with him, he wasn't understanding. I asked for a manager, he called someone, they came and saw he charged me twice and charged me what i had initially told the asian guy what it was supposed to be, $2.52. I told her that he would not listen to reason or math and was disappointed with the service as I was nearly SCAMMED because he would not listen and all this back & forth caused my yogurt to begin to melt. Not even an apology was offered. I'm thinking about not going here again to avoid this kind of hassle for a simple treat. Shame indeed. DO THE MATH AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR...

I also went to Daddy Yo's on their Thursday grand opening day. Overall I was very impressed for being the very first day in business. The staff was amazingly friendly to me, my wife, my grandparents, and the people I watched go through the checkout line.

I've been to many other frozen yogurt shops and Daddy Yo's is by far way better. Unlike Yo Mama's or other shops Daddy Yo's is way easier to get to as far as parking and having to walk a super long distance just to go inside.

The toppings area and counters were alot cleaner then I have seen at some of these other froyo places too. The colors inside were very vibrant, bright and fun to look at. I especially liked that they had a chalkboard coloring wall for kids to draw on.

My family and I will definitely choose Daddy Yo's as our favorite froyo shop in Milwaukee. A+++ to the staff and for being day 1 they all made it seem like they've been doing this for years. Chris...

First time here in a many years and disappointed. Appearance is everything when customers walk in and place looked very run down. Booths were extremely dirty from salt, floors were disgusting (With winter it’s hard to avoid but someone should be sweeping throughout the day) the play table was very old, majority of the chairs had rips and tears, most of tables were dirty and not wiped off and even the little play pieces had old dried up yogurt stuck to them. The lady behind counter was eating which I find kind of tacky especially at a business that serves food. For how much it is you would think they would have more flavors available and even vanilla was out. Was pretty good though. We will give this place another chance in a couple weeks and if things have improved I will change my rating for sure, as I always give places second chances.
