I think there has to be a management issue here. I ordered my food online. 2 sandwiches. No special adjustments. I came in to pick them up and told there would be a wait as they were backed up. Ok I wait 15 mins. Enough time to make the same order twice. Still not done. I decided to ask if the order was started because at this point I was ready to cancel and leave. Unfortunately they started the order so I waited for it. Total regret. While waiting for food I watched the one guy cook the food. He was over worked while other workers were standing around. He was pouring in sweat. Yeah no one wants sweat in food. 2 female workers wearing gloves itching their neck and face without changing the gloves or washing hands. They started a new worker who didn’t even get a uniform. They handed a used uniform in the back. The new worker proceeded to handle their nose ring and their mouth and not washing their hands. Really? Hygiene issues definitely need addressed here which falls in management training and overseeing. Cross train employees to be able to step in and help. The one guy should not be doing 100% work while 2 workers stand there and chit chat. Yes they rang people up that took less than 2 seconds but had ample time to stand around. When food is so backed up people waiting close to one hour to get a sandwich there shouldn’t be anyone standing around. They should be asking their coworker what can I help you with. Read moreThis experience was absolutely horrible. I only write reviews when the service is terrible. First, I called and no one answered because my pick up time was 45 minutes late. So I waited in the store. The employees were super rude and didn’t acknowledge me for another 15 minutes. Finally an employee came over with the food. I check the order, it’s not what I ordered. So I asked to see the manager James. All I wanted now was a discount or refund because the food was already an hour late, and messed up. He refused. He told me, I was wrong for calling the restaurant. And for waiting inside. Extremely unprofessional and rude attitude. I know things are tough with covid but this is not how you treat your customers. I will not be returning and will be telling all my friends and family to never come to this location. Messed up my order and then proceeded to tell me I was wrong and I had ordered a different type of sub which I did not !!! I will not be back to this location in Greenfield and will tell my professional and personal family to stay away ! To add injury to insult two people that ordered after me got their food first ! This was before the begrudgingly remade mine because THEY got it wrong ! Not one offer to be apologetic about their mistake and in fact got a hateful glare when I calmly brought the sandwich up to them and asked for my correct sandwich !!!
