Took my daughter in for her cleaning and to be cleared for a kidney transplant. My daughter had not been caring for her teeth as good as she should have. The hygentist called me to the back and berated me in front of my daughter about her poor dental health. Asking me why she hasn't been in for a cleaning since she got braces. I explained that my daughter was diagnosed with kidney failure and we have been traveling and in and out of hospitals. She then told me to get my daughter's braces removed because there was no point in keeping them since we weren't going to care for my daughter's teeth. My daughter's dental health decline is partially due to her kidney failure. She stuggles with calcium levels and this was a known concern. The hygentist was rude and completely shut off to hearing anything she only wanted to tell me and my daughter how poorly we had done. I will NEVER EVER take my daughter back there. I want an understanding office that wants to work to help and compassionately explain my daughter's needs. Not judge and ridicule a 14 year old in kidney failure. Horrible horrible experience. Read moreI have been going to this dentist office for over 10 years. I have always been to every appointment, paid every bill in full, and have waited patiently while they ran behind and kept me waiting for 30+ min at times. Understanding that sometimes they run into issues and it’s not big deal. I recently missed an appointment admittedly due to my own scheduling and they immediately mailed me a letter informing me they will no longer see me as a patient. What a way to treat such a long time patient.
Update* Business replied that they do not have my name as a client. Yes because I do not use me legal name online. Also, business replied that they have not dismissed any patients in the past year. A blatant lie I have attached the photo of the letter they mailed me. Again, it is the right of a business to dismiss a client even one that’s been a customer for 10+ years for ANY reason. It is my fault to miss one appointment. However it’s also reflective on the type of customer...
Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews. But my experience today with the dental office was honestly the most delightful experience I’ve ever had. They fit me in as soon as I called. (Not always gonna happen I just got lucky) the receptionist was an absolute doll. Soft spoken understanding and so helpful. The nurse was just as amazing very helpful gave me a bunch of tips for upcoming visits and was good conversation in general. And the doctor was also absolutely fantastic. They got me in and out pretty quickly did a ton of work I wasn’t expecting to have done today and it was just a good experience as a whole, I have absolutely no complaints everyone I encountered was kind understanding and just wanted me to be comfortable and out of pain. I will highly recommend them and I look forward to...
