My daughter had an appointment with the Greensboro office today for a cleaning, or so we thought. I had purchased a Groupon for her x-rays and cleaning. The office “manager” was clearly lacking in customer service skills. That “manager” stated that there was an additional cost outside of the purchase of the Groupon. This cost was unknown to me and a complete surprise. It was not a great cost, but it was her indignant attitude that was totally offensive. There were at least four other people patients who witnessed the exchange between the “manager, my daughter and I. At one point she abruptly stood up and declared something like “we will never use that Groupon service again”! She raised her voice at us which was totally unacceptable. I have never experienced an exchange like that in a professional setting. I wanted to leave immediately and select a new dental office prior to the cleaning but my daughter just paid the “added on” cost and went in to see the hygienist. I am sorry to say that I would never recommend this business to my worst enemy. As I sat in the waiting area for my daughter, that “manager” made a show of treating people extra and extremely sickeningly sweet and insinuating that they aren’t in the business of shaming people. Read moreThe professionalism is questionable due to a follow up appointment was made 4 weeks ago for a Monday morning and I live out of town (over) 200 miles. The appointment was canceled during the time the office was closed Friday evening. I tried to call to let them know my implant screw dislodged and received a text message that the office will be closed on Monday. I tried to call the Greensboro office for Monday and the website said they were open until 5:00 pm. The answering service picked up and said they were closed too at 3:45 pm. I have to go back to work 200 miles away on Monday morning without what I consider urgent to be resolved but the emergency service for the office did not respond to my phone call. I'm very disappointed in how they canceled during business hours but the answering service said that the office was closed. Now I have to find another implant dentist that will repair their problem. I've been charged for appointments I didn't even have and told I missed one that I know for sure NEVER Existed.
