All of the above. First when you walk it appears to be multiple business behind a white paper wall. Don’t ask I have no clue. . There are no humans no phone and big white paper wall. With no instructions. You order on a tablet but the scan codes don’t work. There are 9 other signs of what I assume are business but again there are NO humans no sign no instructions. It’s not even explained on the website what this business model is. We waited for our food and I would say we counted 7 couples and 4 solo customer walk out the door in confusion. We only ordered the egg rolls to test it out. people waiting and trying to figure things out. Very stressful, okay a bit dramatic but foolish none the less. On more than one occasion we have tried Cravn Caribbean and Jamaica Coast. Both are very good. The oxtails at both are delicious. My biggest issue with this location is the service. There is no real implemented system for picking up mobile orders or online orders. When you arrive you have to wait way too long for someone to come to the window to service you just to pick up an order. This has been the case each time I order. Very unacceptable. The whole point of ordering prior to arrival is so you can come and just pick up your order — NO WAIT TIME! You all need a better system. But food is good. Only go here if you want to wait a long time...

If you are an aspiring mobile food vendor and are contemplating using The City Kitch for Shared commercial Kitchen Space, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! The only care about charging you an exorbitant amount of money on a monthly basis. It will prevent you from being profitable and if you are struggling to pay trust and believe they will not help you in any way. Instead they will charge you late fees and make harder for you to sustain your business. There are plenty of other options at an affordable rate.
