Same Day Jewelry Repair — Local services in Greensboro

It is with great pleasure I write this review. I had a ring that needed resizing and a nice buff/polish. I took it to two other local places prior where I felt I was being either upsold to buy an additional ring or get some custom work done to the ring, or being overcharged. Also, I was told the turn around time would be two or more days at each place.

When I went here not only was I greeted with a sense of care, the jewel repairman seemed to not even be phased by the job, almost like it would be a walk in the park. I was a bit taken back so I mentioned what other jewelers had said, and not only did he know where I went, he didn’t seem surprised. When I asked him the price for resizing, and a polish/buff he essentially combined the prices together for one set price. AMAZING! Especially compared to what I was being charged elsewhere.

When I asked him the turn around time I was even more surprised when he asked if I wanted to wait because it would only take him a hour! AMAZING again.

When I came back I was completely stunned with how amazing of a job he did. I recommend him 10/10! Not only was he polite, and professional, he didn’t try to upsell me or over charge me. He understood exactly what I needed, and gave me an amazing deal. I will only go to him for future jewelry needs and you...

Excellent service!!! I do not usually leave reviews but the speed, quality, and affordability here cannot be beat! I came in with a couple rings that were damaged and a necklace needing repair. He fixed everything perfectly, even melded together a broken piece that I forgot about on my ring. I did not make an appointment, and he still had all of this done in less than an hour! Going to the larger name brand jewelry stores would have cost me triple what I paid here to get the same items fixed and I would have had to wait a few days to get my items back. On top of that, he also cleaned each item when I hadn’t even thought to ask for that! This is my new go to shop for any cleaning and repair needs I may have...
