When you first walk in, you may think, “Oh Toto, we are not in Kansas anymore,” but then you turn to the right and you are submersed in pure elegance of all the incredible, sparkly things a girl could dream of. I wanted a custom engagement ring and had a few ideas in mind and an old sentimental ring I wanted to incorporate. Brian and his team were absolutely amazing through the entire process. From working with me on the design, sourcing the most beautiful gemstone, updating me on the process with pictures and videos, to making me feel like the most pretty pretty princess. The end result was more than I could have ever imagined. I now have the most amazing ring that I can enjoy for my entire life and for my daughter to have from there on out. I stopped by to have a ring repaired for my daughter, that lost a stone. The ring has much more sentimental value than anything, but I was willing to do what needed to be done to have it repaired. I was given a few options, including the opportunity to go elsewhere to a silver smith, in which i would have been given that information if I chose. I chose a solution that felt best for me at this establishment. Because it was a simple task, the work was done immediately, quickly, and the work was very well done. The stone is solid. The rest of the stones were also checked to be sure they weren't loose. I can say, without a doubt, I was treated more than fair! It was refreshing to go into a business and have been dealt with honestly. This is the second time I have been to this establishment and have been very pleased. I originally struggled with a marquise eternity bubble band that kept becoming loose, and I knew I wanted something different — especially a halo to highlight my original diamond.
