Artisan Traders — Local services in Greenville

I recently DJ'd a wedding here, so this review is written from a vendors perspective. I get around to lot's of venues and each one has their quirks, this place is no different. First off parking, yes it is plentiful, but it is behind the facility. Loading equipment into this place is not the worst, but it is not the best either. The space is chopped up a little, which is good and bad. For a sound guy when it comes to speeches and important announcements it was a little challenging to get everyone to hear based on where they have the DJ setup. I will overcome this next time by bringing a satellite speaker. On the other hand it is kind of cool if people don't want to hear the music they can get away from it by going to the other rooms/areas. This space was well decorated and clean. The only dings I can think of for this place are restrooms, there are only single use male/female. 2 restrooms when you get 100 people drinking can get very busy. The other is the A/C was not the strongest, it wasn't hot in the facility, but it wasn't cold either. I see this a lot in older remodeled open ceiling buildings. I was desperately looking for a place to have my baby shower when I thankfully came across Artisan Traders. As soon as I saw the pictures online I fell in love with it. The venue was beautiful, open and had a nice rustic feel. Meeting Terri was great, she was so nice and accommodating! She answered all my questions, showed us around without rushing, and I truly felt like she wanted us to have the best experience. She was in constant communication with me while it was time for the baby shower. It was also very convenient that she had plenty of tables and chairs for us to use for our event. We hosted a rehearsal dinner for my son and now daughter-in-law here. It was the perfect venue. Terri was very helpful and provided me with all the details needed to plan the night. She met me the day of to make sure that we had everything we needed and walked through everything with us including the sound system to make sure we knew how to work everything.
