Belk — Local services in Greenville

While this is one of our better options for shopping in the area, it has been pretty disappointing these last few months. The quality of the clothes they offer seems to have gone down quite a bit. They lack in options for sizes 12-16, curvy hourglass body types. Many clothes I tried on recently were poorly made & the stitching was already loose or torn open. Several had gapping arm holes that just didn't make sense in any size. I've been to several other locations & it seems that Rockwall has far more & better quality. I've even found brands that this location doesn't carry. Last weekend I spent 2hrs here trying on any & everything I could find in my size just to see if anything was good. I wanted to give it a chance to surprise me, unfortunately it didn't, at least not in a good way. I left with nothing. While some things fit well, the fabric was cheap & most were see through. I would have purchased 5 dresses if it wasn't for the cheap, thin fabric. I went to Walmart & did the same thing, surprise, they actually had much better options...

I recently went to Belk clothing store, and I must say, it's a great place to shop for clothes. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by a friendly salesperson named Dylan who offered to help me find what I was looking for.

What I love about shopping at Belk is that they usually have great sales. I was able to find some fantastic deals on shirts and pants, which made me feel like I got more for my money. Plus, the quality of the clothes was excellent, so I know they'll last me a while.

One thing that really impressed me was the selection of clothes they had. I'm someone who likes to wear clothes that are comfortable and casual, and I was able to find plenty of items that fit my style. But they also had a lot of dressier options for those who need something for a formal event.

Overall, I had a great experience at Belk clothing store. The sales, selection, and quality of the clothes made it an enjoyable and worthwhile shopping trip. I'll definitely be going back again...

Customer service is a thing of the pass. This is the 2nd Belk I've been to and although I had slightly better service here. It still needs great improvement. I did retail in my late teens and early 20s and when someone asked about something, it's cuz they need help. We were taught to walk them there unless the specify otherwise. Nowadays, they kinda just wiggle their finger in a direction and say it's over there. Both locations had 1-2 employee(s) that stood out and went out of their way to help. This is why ppl are shopping online and big box stores like Amazon and Walmart are they're getting richer and small businesses are going away. Support small businesses where you can show these giants that David can still...
