We bought an Serta memory foam mattress with a 10 warranty from this company. After less than 2 years it caused us pain because it lost form. But it wasnt enough for this company to make a warranty claim. 5 years later it finally fell into warranty compliance. But its been over a month and we still havent received our new mattress. They keep blaming covid and claim serta randomly sends them mattresses and partial shipments. And whatever other excuses they can think of. Somehow my mattress doesnt make these shipments. I asked the guy today to see if its come in. After 5 minutes of being on hold, he asks to call me back because theres a customer in the store. I guess taking money from people is more favorable than customer satisfaction. Im angry and I just want my mattress so I can be done with this place. I do not recommend...
