With my order the driver forgot my drink so I called management and they offered to have driver bring it back (keep in mind I tipped her almost $6) The manager assured me it will be redelivered and it was not. Manager didn't call or anything. I heard from no one. My pizza got hard and cold waiting on the rest of my paid order. I am getting to the point where I will just start buying pizza at a diffrent establishment if this is how you NOW treat your customers. I have been supporting pizza hut for awhile but I refuse this type of service. I shouldn't have to call store multiple times to get my order right. I did my part. I gave you my money and i am not HAPPY with this stores service. And to add insult to injury the Manager had the audacity to say she was sorry for the inconvenience and to continue to shop with us! Lol, not with this service. It's like she said all the right things but she didn't hold up her end of the transaction.She didn't manage the situation at all. Now I am spending the beginning of my busy day(time is money) trying to contact the store AGAIN...
Read moreToday is my 14-year-old's birthday, and he wanted "Pizza Hut cheese sticks" as his after school treat before his birthday dinner. When I called in the order, I was greeted with such kindness and a very helpful voice on the line. Super pleasant, and he even had me laughing. After arriving to the restaurant for pick-up, my youngest wanted to go in and help me pay. We were greeted by the General Manager who was very attentive, and let my youngest complete the transaction. He was very kind and friendly. We told him that it was his brother's birthday where he proceeded to come out to the car and wish the birthday boy a "Happy Birthday" followed by a fist bump. He then gave him a comp for a Free Personal Pan for his birthday! Talk about customer service!! In a time where no one wants to work, and there is so much negativity surrounding us, THIS MADE MY DAY!! Not only did it put a smile on MY face, but a BIG ONE on the birthday boy's face, too! Thank you Pizza Hut!! What a TOP NOTCH...

The app charged me a deliver fee and I tipped the driver $10, when my food never showed up after 45+ min I open the app only to find that it was somehow carryout now. I went to the restaurant, where me and 2 other customers stood in the lobby for about 15min be before we were even acknowledged. I was told my food was in the hot box but some of it didn't look right, so it was remade. After sitting 20 more minutes for that, the two boxes with fries I got were cold, and my big New Yorker was not only cold now, but it was missing toppings I ordered online. When I got to my vehicle finally, I also realized the drinks and sauces I paid for were not given to me, so I had to go back in the store, wait ten more minutes to get that. The manager did give me a cookie for my hassle, but even that was hard and not edible. After paying $82 for that order, I was over Pizza Hut...
