The analysis process was interesting, but not sure how realistic it was. Sophia was patient and helpful in our mattress-buying experience during our first visit, but our base was on back order for a month, and then we were told it would be 2 months. After the first night of trying to sleep on it, we returned to the store; it was awful-nothing like the one we laid on in the store. We were then told that it takes 30 days to break it in, so we were stuck with it for 29 more days. If it kills your back to sleep on it, how will it ever get "broken-in"? It didn't. We returned on Day#30 to exchange it. We ran into issues that took over an hour to resolve. We were told the new replacement mattress would be delivered Friday or Saturday. Friday I call to follow-up, and after several calls, we still have to wait another 5 days. 39 nights of sleeping on the equivalent of a brick... it's been awful. Management tried to assist, but the whole process has been terrible. And we still won't have our base until 16 days after we get the replacement... unless it gets pushed out further. Not a good experience at all. I had a better experience buying a mattress at a high school fundraiser and it was as comfortable as the display model I laid on. I will never go back to mattress warehouse after this...

Iâm from Spartanburg & my house is 25 miles from this place and the sales lady knew this the entire time. I put in my application was approved, my credit was ran of course & points taken from my credit score, then the lady is going to tell me I live out of area & she may can get it approved not being out of area & I was like well out of area is 30 miles or over. That is their policy. Anything over 30 miles is out of area. She goes on to tell me she gets $50 for getting me approved for their synchory credit card. Which is what you use to pay for the bed. If you live out of area and purchase a bed you canât return it if you donât like the bed. So basically if I had purchased their $3,000 bed I couldnât return because they âsayâ my house is out of area. Come on now who in their right mind would do that. Plus you pay $100 delivery fee! So after the sales lady run my credit and got me the card she said the heck with me cause she done made her commission. She told me she made $50 for sighing me up. SO DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! When she started asking him questions, she seemed genuinely interested to learn more so that she could give him the best selection of mattresses to choose from, that would best suit his needs. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the inventory in the store and her ability to politely and patiently answer our questions, without being a pushy salesperson and rushing us through this process. She offered options, while keeping my son within his budget, and she and her AWESOME BOSS, John worked together to make sure that we got a nice discount on rope of the sale that was going on and this mattress came with a bedding bundle!
