Definitely would leave a zero rating if I could. The employees at the Pandora store at Haywood mall have the worst customer service imaginable. I got my wife a pandora ring for her Christmas gift and when she tried it on Christmas Day it was too small for her. We decided to go back to the store to get it exchanged and purchase two other charms. When we got there a rep by the name of Kayla started assisting us and we explained our situation. She went to ask another guy about exchanging it and after carefully inspecting the ring he said it has scratches on it and that they can’t exchange it in store because they can’t resell it blah blah blah. I told them that absolutely no scratch is on the ring and if there is it was how I got it initially because it came out the box only once after I purchased it from this store. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and Kalisa came out. I explained the situation to her and she told me I’ll have to buy a completely new ring as they have a final sale policy which the ring I purchased falls under. I told her I understand but it’s literally just an exchange that I required as the ring doesn’t fit at all. She got rude and started saying it’s store policy and while I was talking she was being dismissive. I ask for the regional managers number and she said she can’t give that number out because it his personal number. What?! She proceeded to write the customer service numbers on a card and while I was saying that “I get that its store policy but considering the circumstances and the fact that the ring doesn’t fit at all there can be some leniency it’s called good customer service” she kept saying “yea”, “okay”, “it’s store policy so” and the list goes on. They didn’t change the ring. So my wife have a ring that doesn’t fit her.
We went back today to get a charm for my sister and mom and Kayla the customer service rep from before must have recognized us because her service was more than horrible. She barely said anything when we walked in. She kept saying uhmm and yep and nope when we asked her a question as if she didn’t wanna be bothered by us or we were annoying her. All throughout our time in the store she didn’t even smile once and we could see her prior to us going in. She was all smiles with the previous customer.
Fact of the matter is, I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. The only reason we went back is because we really wanted to get the charms for my mom and sis before the sale ends. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Management need to seriously provide training for these people they are hiring or let them go. And we get policies and all but being in a customer service oriented business means compromised and...
Read moreMY EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION WENT FROM BAD TO WORSE!!! My husband and I visited the Pandora store located in Haywood Mall in Greenville, South Carolina a little over a week ago. We came in for a few things, to replace a broken bracelet, to clean one of my chains and pendant, get a new chain, and to look for an anniversary charm. Kalisa was the sales representative who assisted us. She explained that Pandora policy would not allow her to replace the broken bracelet because we didn't have a receipt or proof of purchase. We understood, which is why we ended up repurchasing a brand new bracelet (which all transactions are on my husband's account). However, Kalisa proceeded to patronize us about how we should properly put on and take off the bracelets, I informed her that I knew how to put on and take of the bracelets (I have a few of them myself), that's when another sales representative Sophia walked up and we just looked puzzled because we didn't know what she wanted, her response was "oh I'm just being nosey" she stayed for the whole transaction and made us very uncomfortable (my husband later told me she was watching him the whole time). Sophia then walked away after we purchased the new bracelet. In spite of the poor experience so far, I proceeded to ask about anniversary charms and chains. I then showed Kalisa the pendant and chain I wanted her to clean. I left my pendant and chain for her to clean and I told her I'll think about getting the anniversary charm. When I returned, she told me that she broke my chain while trying to clean it and said there wasn't anything she could do to replace it. She said it's policy that Pandora is not responsible for damages while cleaning. I was very confused because if one of your sales representatives breaks a customer's chain while under their care, especially admitted to breaking it, why isn't Pandora responsible for replacing it? I was livid but kept my calm and just asked for the picture of my chain before it was broken when I first gave it to her (she went over by Sophia while Sophia was helping another customer and told her that I asked for a picture and Sophia made a displeasing face). I emailed customer service, customer care rep by the name of Cristina apologized and said they will replace both the chain and charm and give me a special gift for the inconvenience, she will be in contact soon. That was over a week ago and still no response from Cristina. I didn't know Pandora made promises they couldn't keep. I am disgusted and will make sure I let everyone know about how Pandora treat their...
Read moreI have never left an online review. But after my experience last night, i feel very compelled to do so. And after reading the other reviews about the Pandora jewelry store in Haywood Mall it is obvious that I am not the first person who has been treated with such rudeness from the employees. My husband purchased me a "family tree" charm for Christmas 2019. That charm was not on sale and it was one of their more expensive charms. It has a center piece that "twirls" around on the inside of the charm. Over that next year, that "twirling" piece in the middle broke off. I returned the charm and they replaced it,. While I was in the store, the employee put the new charm on my bracelet and I left the store. That was in 2020. Now less than 1 year later the same thing has happened with the replacement charm. That same piece in the middle broke off. I don't wear my bracelet every day (I type and can't wear it to work) and I don't even wear it every weekend. I might wear it once a month. So when the exact same thing happens twice it is obviously a manufacture defect. And in fact, as soon as I walked in the store and the employee saw my broken charm she told me they don't carry that one anymore. Again, evidence that there is a manufacture problem with that particular charm. All I was asking for was a replacement. They refused! I still had my original receipt and presented it to them. But she said there was no evidence in their system that I had returned the original charm. Not my fault. I can't help that the employee who did the first return didn't document what she was supposed to. Then I asked to speak to the manager. When Donna came over to the counter, her story was different. She said didn't really matter that it wasn't in their system, what mattered is that the 1 year warranty covers the original charm only and not any replacements. Ridiculous to pay that much for a charm and it not last more than a year either time! But more than that, the rudeness of the staff in that store is unacceptable. I have friends and family members who love Pandora, some have multiple bracelets that are full and earrings and necklaces, etc. After being treated so rudely last night, I have vowed to communicate to all I know that you should not purchase from the Pandora store in the Haywood Mall. As stated initially I have never left an online review so it takes a lot for me to take the time to do this. ...
