Had a great experience in the store a few months back. I wanted to see the Sactional couches and fabrics and get a feel for the size, depth and quality of them. I was very impressed with all the options but a few months later my husband was the one who needed additional convincing. His argument was that it was too expensive. However, I won him over and here’s how…all the hard pieces of these couches (framework, legs) have a lifetime warranty. The inserts and covers have a three year warranty—they are also removable and washable (cold wash, line dry). These sectionals are no more expensive than Crate and Barrel, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Burrow, Joybird (you get the idea). I placed the order on a Sunday and had 11 boxes in my garage three days later. A lot of furniture right now is on back-order so I was very impressed and super happy to have it so quickly. It took the better part of a day for me to assemble everything (we ordered 4 seats and 5 sides). Watch the YouTube videos and take your time. There are a lot of helpful pieces of information in those videos. It’s a time consuming process and an exercise in patience but it IS possible. Put some good music on, take breaks, and take your time. Assembling this couch gave me such an appreciation for the quality of everything. I have already recommended Lovesac to several friends and can’t wait to order two more seats so we can have the monster-movie-watching-couch. Absolutely worth it. To say the least, Lisa, Gabriel, and Hannah were awesome. They treated my family and I like we had been friends for years. They went above and beyond the nornal routine of a salesperson. Often they found ways to make our perfect couch hunt both easy and enjoyable. If I am being completely honest, our couch hunt started and stopped at this lovesac store. We initially planned on visiting every furniture store in the area. But it's hard to walk away from people who are genuine, want to help and not your typical pushy furniture sales rep. When we finally pulled the trigger, we felt very confident in our decision to buy the sactional, and in a color we will love. Lisa showed us how to break down and manipulate the sactional, and Gabriel helped us make sure the choice would fit in our home. Together all the reps worked well as a team! Seriously promote these people, they are fantastic! As far as the product- it's great! Its very well thought out and we believe it will stay with us for many years. We like that you can change just about everything. We will eventually return in the future to get some of the other products. ...

Lisa was AMAZING! She was so patient with us really took the time to explain every detail of the products and pick the perfect pieces for our home. This is seriously the last couch we will ever own! I love the versatility. I can add pieces or fabric covers and arrange it whichever way suits me and my living space or color scheme. No more hopeing something I like fits my space. No more hopeing it comes in the color that works. LOVESAC will always work. The product is so user friendly and so simple to set up and rearrange. Durable and well made. I can move the whole thing myself and I'm a whopping 5 foot tall and 105 lbs. I won't need 2 people and a truck to help me move this.
