UPDATE #2: When I reached out to the owners for a custom evil eye bracelet, I knew I would like the end result (after all, I've been to the store a couple of times and own a few pieces). But, honestly, having gone through creating a custom piece with Indoxi, I'm blown away. The bracelet itself is gorgeous. Craftsmanship is excellent (and I'm a perfectionist when it comes to jewelry). The extra details are SO sweet (Katie added my initials and a wishbone to the clasp). And customer service is, as always, top notch. I would 100% recommend Indoxi! You must visit Indoxi! They offer beautiful jewelry and a supreme repair service. VJ is the owner and he is the engineer/repairer, while his wife (also the owner) is the designer. A lovely dream team and incredibly nice people! They are also able to do ANYTHING. For example, I brought VJ six tangled necklaces. No other jeweler on the Ave could or was willing to try to untangling it. VJ did it in less than an hour. For an incredibly generous price he untangled my necklaces, cleaned and polished them, cleaned my rings, fixed a broken necklace, and added in a new gold plated clasp. It was such a pleasure to work with VJ that I knew I would love to work with his wife as well. The three of us are now working on a custom gold ring for me. I have a very specific design in mind and Indoxi, out of all the jewelers on the avenue, seemed the most enthusiastic to work with me on something custom made. I was looking to find a birthday present for my husband (a very difficult task) and I came across Indoxi Jewelry, located on Greenwich Ave. I bought the Andres Circle Cuff bracelet, which he absolutely loved! I even had the bracelet altered to fit his wrist (service was excellent), which now fits perfectly. As i shopped through the store I met the artist, Katie, who has a true passion for all of your her work, which is evident in her unique jewelry. I highly recommend a visit.
