I am obsessed with California Closets, not just because of the beauty and quality of your product but because of the personal interaction with the company's representatives. My designer Cheryl is so nice and meticulous with her measurements. My project this time was a bit more complex, as I was adding more "hanging" space" to previously installed storage. I was worried that you might not still have the same product line and I was worried with how the new would align with the old. Turns out there was no need for any worry. Cheryl understood my desire (to move some pieces around and to add more space) and the project was beautifully executed by Colin the installer who, by the way was incredible. Sweet, sweet smile with anything I asked him and what stood out the most (even more than his flawless execution) was that he took he took his shoes off before walking in the house. The old (which after about 4 years still looks brand new) aligned up perfectly with the new; you can't tell the difference. To California Closet Management: You can have a great product (which you do) but without people/representatives like Cheryl and Colin the entire experience would not be as wonderful as it is. We are pleased to note that the overall design process and installation were conducted with professionalism and attention to detail. Following the installation, one of our contractors identified two issues: (a) an open gap ranging from 0.5 to 0.75 inches between the wood floor and the bottom of the closet units, and (b) a small open space between the wall and the back of the units. After communicating with the designer, we scheduled a follow-up appointment with the installer. The installer arrived this morning and installed baseboard trim to address and close both the floor gaps and the space between the wall and the units. During my conversation with the installer, he acknowledged being aware of these gaps at the time of the initial installation but did not have the necessary materials on hand. It is unclear how the designer and installer coordinated in preparation for the installation. Installer mentioned that he frequently encounters larger gaps when floors are uneven. Had the installer’s team been fully prepared with the materials needed to make these adjustments during the initial visit, the work could have been completed in a single appointment. This would have saved time and potentially reduced the overall...

We had the BEST experience with California Closets of Norwalk!! We started our journey by sending a request online and were almost immediately contacted by them. We set up an appointment with our designer, Dominika for the following week. She came to our home, took measurements of our master closet and brought my entire vision to life on her laptop. She immediately sent me all of the schematics and the proposal with pricing. She worked with me to get exactly what I wanted within our budget.

We booked the install for about a month out. We elected to have our current closet hardware removed by California Closets and they made sure that this would happen the day before our install as to not displace us for too long. Eric and Al arrived right on time and dismantled our current closet and put up a fresh coat of paint. They were very nice and efficient!

The following day, Jose came and installed our closet seamlessly. He was polite and friendly and made sure that everything was up to my standards before leaving.
