DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU TO SIGN UP FOR SAKS CREDIT CARD WHEN CLEARLY TOLD THEM I DON'T WANT TO SIGN UP FOR CREDIT CARD AND STILL DID WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!!
Me and my fiancee was there 2/28/2018 and looking for a perfect wedding high heel shoe and a person named Giueseppina Derrico was the person taken care of us. So my fiancee found the perfect shoe that she loved and the agent Giueseppina told us we can received 10% off to apply for Saks Fifth Avenue card, we asked her twice if this is a credit card because we didn't want to impact our credit score we're buying a house soon. She said is only a store card (award card) which is fine with us. She gave us an IPad with application to fill up and I entered the information was shown on the screen and suddenly i see credit card number & APR interest rates, then i asked can you please double check again if this is a credit card, few minutes later she came back and tell me the application already went though! without asking for my permission to hit confirm button. Then she told us she will promise to cancel or avoid the credit card for us but never did. I tried to contacted her manager name "Laura Simpsons" to give us a better solution but she tell to call Saks Fifth credit card customer care. I called Saks Fifth credit card customer care but there is nothing they could do about after the application is being process. Now there is a impact with my credit score. Next day later, we found out the high heel shoe that my fiancee wanted is no longer available on other store which the store associate's "Giueseppina Derrico" helped us hold the item and this is one of the reason why we got the Saks Fifth Ave Card (not credit card) and now i applied for the Saks credit card and the shoe that my fiancee wanted is no longer available. THEY GAVE US HOPES AND DESTROY IT WITH TRUST!! we try to call the place again and now they're not even picking...
Read moreI love going into these places in my runaround clothes. Because you instantly find out the quality of the staff. I have enough money to shop almost anywhere I choose but to see blatant rudeness is a surprise.
A kind sales person was helping us from another floor because we were trying to find my wife’s size.
The floor manager said she didn’t have anybody working by the name of the person that was helping us and acted as though my wife was lying and didn’t belong because of being a size 16-18.
I am ashamed to have excitedly brought my wife, whom I love, to this store. No apology even after the person came up to the floor manager and in front of my wife stated her name.
I would fire this person on the spot incredibly rude and arrogant didn’t even offer an apology. And I hope somebody at this store reads this.
You need to carry at least one or two items that will fit everyone that works in your store. The sales person even had the audacity to say well we are a community where we only have people who wear size twos and size fours. She said the lose a lot of customers and wished they offered a few slightly larger sizes.
This type of attitude stinks and a store with your reputation should hire people with tact, especially when the sales people have more tact than a floor manager who shows no tact or grace.
Someone needs to reconsider their hiring process. Go down the street to Richards. The staff were polite and tactful. The staff was also grace filled, which is amazing.
I will not refer anyone to the store. I’ve tried to go to your store in Dallas and got the exact same response. I once shopped in the store and had a fantastic...
Read moreBeware of pick pockets. My wife went shopping this Monday I’d say around 1:45- 2:30pm at the Greenwich Ave CT Saks and almost was a victim of having her pocketbook picked. She was browsing downstairs in the perfume area. A unassuming women happen to stand next to my wife also checking out some perfumes. At least that’s what she thought. After a few minutes of sampling perfumes a Saks employee angrily yell out DO DON’T THAT MAM!!! That alerted my wife to turn around to see who she was speaking to. The Saks employee said she was taking to the lady standing next to my wife. She didn’t explain why she yelled “DON’T DO THAT” but only rubbed my wife’s arm reassuring her that her anger was directed to the women standing next to her. At 1st my wife was puzzled because the woman standing next to her seemed to be doing the same sampling of perfume. But what my wife didn’t realize was the lady standing next to her was slowly zipping open her pocketbook to steal her wallet. The Saks employee alert, even though not transparent ,intercepted the thievery. I’m grateful that my wife’s wallet wasn’t stolen but I can only imagine how many victims of this pick pocket there are. It’s a lesson learned for my wife to never let your guard down , even in high end...
