We just placed our order for a Naturepedic mattress this week, and we are already in love! I discovered Naturepedic online while searching for an organic nontoxic mattress. Compared to other companies, Naturepedic was at the top of the list for my husband and I. We wanted to try out the mattress and found a store nearby. I'm so glad we did! We went in thinking we would prefer one type of mattress and ended up going with something else. Emily was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! The price point was slightly higher than we were expecting to spend, but the quality can't be beat! Emily understood this mattress was an investment for us and helped us pick the right one for us based on our body types, sleeping positions, etc. that would make us happy for many years. I could not be happier with our recent purchase from Naturepedic. We got the Halcyon Azure Queen mattress with box spring. It is so amazing: so comfortable, dreamy really. I feel like I’m sleeping at a 5-star hotel every night! It feels so good to be sleeping on an all-organic mattress. We were given 2 free pillows as well and use them every night and love them.

The service we have received from Emily and her staff in Greenwich has been top-notch . We had to replace a coil layer and she was so professional, helpful, and really just a lovely person who explained everything and we followed her recommendations. We also purchase a waterproof mattress cover which is excellent. I just can’t say enough about the quality of workmanship that went into making our frame and mattress.
