I ordered a sub with Only hot mustard. I looked at the sub while in the store and noticed it had cheese on it. I went back to cash register and told Kaitlyn that the sub is wrong she went on to say that I have to specify no cheese. I stated I said only hot mustard she said well we can’t give you your money back. I said can I speak to the manager? She said I am the manager and there is no one over me. I’m not giving you your money back. You have to specify you don’t want cheese either. I said what do only mean? She said yes but on her register you have to specify no cheese. As I walked out there was also a person behind where they fixed subs eating and licking a spoon. Then he warmed something up in the microwave and walked out while subs were being made. She was not professional nor was she for allowing a person behind where the food is being prepared to eat and licking off of...

Had my wife call to place an order at around 6PM one night, as we eat here on fridays with the kids. She was asked to hold, after 30 minutes or so she hung up and called back, only to have the phone NOT answered. I was in my way home from work so I asked her to try again about 745pm, to which the manager boy told her they don't take orders that close to closing...sounded odd. So upon arrival, I made small talk and then asked what time they stopped taking call in orders he told me a different story so I let him know it was my wife he spoke to and lied to, and that I'll be calling his Corporate office. He then proceeded to have an attitude because HE got caught up in his lies...sadly my soup I ordered was wasted in the bottom of my bag, but I couldn't go back in due to the door being locked...
