I just had the worst experience at this store I always shop there and live the deals. But the is a lady that's was so rude and employee I must say. Walking through the isles fast almost hit me with a buggie. I go around to the clothing section once again it's cluttered people are in there they're really busy she is literally walking through the aisles fast not saying excuse me or anything I simply say to her mam you can say excuse me from there she was rude to me talk to me louder from the customers as well very very rude. I even said I'm really nice you don't have to be nasty. She responded I been dealing with nasty people all day. I've never had an experience like this in the store ever. Im So upset!!!! If you don't like a mediocre job don't be a mediocre person. I started shopping there when it first came to Greenwood they help me finish my business and I also do a lot of business with them. I'm highly disappointed I called the manager that was on duty there she told me she was the manager the lady that was so rude the owner had left to go to the other store. I know that he does not accept these type of behaviors nor out of dealt with him personally and he's always handled me with kindness. I want everybody to know that I personally will never ever ever ever shot there again until she is gone and I will spread the word about the bad customer service that I received today. I asked if I could look for a rug to purchase another when they open again Monday, I was told we're closed, i said can I just look, he repeated in a rude tone, we're closed. Received no call back. Messaged on Facebook and commented on Facebook posts. Still no reply. It wasn't until I made a Facebook post 3 days later, tagging them that I received a Facebook message in return, asking me to call the store. Then I was blocked from their Facebook page.
