I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Faraday Toys in Greenwood! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm, welcoming staff who clearly know and love their inventory. The store is bright, well laid-out, and full of delightful surprises around every corner — from classic board games and action figures to niche collectibles and popular fandom merchandise.

What really stood out was how the owners (and staff) genuinely care about the local gaming and collector community. They host events, bring people together, and build relationships — it feels like more than just a toy store, it’s a community hub.

I was especially impressed by their knowledge. I asked a handful of questions about rare figures and they gave me thorough, honest answers, even helping me track down hard-to-find items. Their passion shines through.

Pricing was fair, and I felt like I was getting real value. Plus, they often have new stock and fun surprises. I left with several items I’d been hunting for — and a grin on my face.

First off, family owned businesses are the absolute best, and this one proves that. The owners are so nice,awesome and sweet. They have wonderful tendencies and are just all out kind people. They have a lot of wonderful items in their store. Today was my first time there, and they treated me like family. I collect hotwheels and they had everything I wanted/needed. Their hold policy is amazing! And it has no limit. When you walk in you get greeted by the owner, and two super cute doggies. The atmosphere is just amazing in there and I will forever be a life time shopper there. Absolutely amazing and wonderful place. Google only lets me give a 5 star review, if I could I’d give it a 20 star review. Never have been anywhere like it. Their prices are wonderful as well I will post the photos that I took today on my first visit there! I will definitely be going back. I got these two treasure hunts there today as well. What a little gem we have here! Faraday Toys! Here in Downtown Greenwood is an amazing place where you can buy, sell and trade toys!?!? They have an amazing collection of all kinds of toys. No Gundam models yet, unfortunately, fingers crossed though.Upon going into Faraday my mate and I were greeted by Owners(Brothers & Twins!) Matthew and Aaron Wardwell. These fine gentlemen let me in on a little secret… They TEACH! Every first and second Monday of every month, they teach people the basics of D&D!! The first class focuses on the basic dungeon call , and the second class focuses on character development. I personally can’t wait to go! I’ve always wanted to pay but have no idea how. ): This fine establishment currently does NOT accept apply pay but are expecting to take it in the future. They do however take google pay, PayPal, and cashapp. Honestly a great place to go and nerd out....
