iFixandRepair - Greenwood S State Road — Local services in Greenwood

Brought in 2 iPhones for a simple battery replacement. They don’t use genuine apple batteries so the iPhone will have an alert that’s it’s not genuine. They managed to replace the battery in one phone and somehow managed to break the other phone. The touch screen doesn’t work anymore. They also couldn’t tell me why it happened or what is wrong with it. They didn’t offer any compensation and still charged me for the other phone. Now I have to pay to have the phone they broke fixed somewhere else. Mistakes happen but why put it on the customers? Only going to Apple in the future. Not worth saving $10. At least if they break your phone they’ll give you a new one...

Trash business and a scam. Will break your phone further fix your screen and give it back to you taped together and then blame you and act as if you broke the phone further yourself. Paid to have my screen fixed to have my 1300 phone destroyed. Don't support any fix business especially this one. Who am I to call? These people are criminal, luckily for them I can't figure out how to post the pictures of the missing screws and internal damages not disclosed or discussed. DIY work at best.
