Every year when my older kids go on a summer trip, my youngest daughter and I come for a "tea party." This tea room has changed over the past year and it's not near as good. They were out of my favorite tea. The tea pot had a bug in it that poured out into my daughter's tea cup, which made her feel bad and she didn't want to eat her food after that. We boxed it up and went home. It's unfortunate that this one thing my little girls looks forward to every year was ruined. The service was terrible too. The waitress argued with me and said the bug was tea leaves until I got a spoon and showed her the wings. The food wasn't great either...I guess we will have to find another tradition to make our own. We won't be back. I also come here for friend's birthdays and to have lunch with work mates. I met a friend there when this new place opened, it's first day. I saw then how much things had changed; the food wasn't as good, the list of the variety of tea flavors was smaller, the display of tea cups was gone so you couldn't pick out your own tea cups, and the services wasn't great then-the waitress didn't know the menu at all...but I was hoping after some time, the kinks would get worked out...guess they...

The staff are young and unable to make decisions without contacting the designers of each booth. There are mistakes in prices and unmarked items without price which the young staff cannot sell even with other similarly priced items nearby. Other merchandise is not finished—one girl was trying to fix merchandise and complaining about it. There is not a good relationship between the sellers and the staff. The staff is full of gossip and the sellers are just trying to make money. I will never go there again or recommend it to others. For a store that is supposed to demonstrate God’s love they are not very caring or service oriented. I would be embarrassed to send someone else into...

We usually love it here but things can be a bit hit or miss with the cafe. One time we come and it's incredible. Great service, great anftoon tea experience. We come by a second time and they are not doing the afternoon tea service and it was very disappointing. Then we come a third time and we accidentally showed up a little early which they were very kind about, but once they were open they served us a pot of tea and it was so oversteeped that it was extremely bitter. We ended up just paying for the tea and leaving. We might try it again in the future and we really hope for the same experience we had...
