Today my fiancé and I went mattress shopping and we started at another mattress store and immediately got drug around to certain mattresses and the salesman wouldn’t let us even breathe and browse around ourselves when we clearly informed him that we would like to think and walkthrough the store ourselves. We found a mattress that we absolutely loved but kept getting interrupted by him when we were talking about it so it made us uncomfortable. We then asked when it would be available for delivery and he informed us that it’s over a week out…. So we decided to leave and think about if we could wait that long. We said if we could have it tomorrow we would’ve purchased it but with the unpleasant experience it made us walk. I personally felt bad because my fiancé really loved the mattress and would absolutely love to have it. So that’s when I made a phone call to this BedMart in Gresham, Oregon. A very well spoken employee answered the phone his name is Tom! When I explained what I was looking for he didn’t direct me to any other mattress like the previous place did and he listened to what I was looking for and didn’t change a thing. He got right to business located the mattress that I was looking for and confirmed it was in stock. I then asked him if there was any way it could be delivered within 24 hours. He immediately got right back to me and informed me if I could purchase it within a certain time it will be available for next day delivery. So we purchased it and he confirmed with us that it made the next day delivery mark. There’s things to be said when it comes to amazing straight forward customer service and that is Tom! I greatly appreciated him listening to what I was looking for and instead of steering me elsewhere he followed through and got the job done. I will be going back to BedMart for future purchases just because of this experience...
Read moreTom Brown was so helpful and made my mattress buying experience a breeze. My husband and I bought a mattress online from another retailer and were unhappy with mattress and had to return it. They picked it up within a day of the return with left us without a bed. I was so stressed because I thought it would take days if not weeks to get a replacement, especially since we are purchasing so close to the holidays. I went to bedmart first thing when they opened because they were the only retailer I could find online that could possibly have the temperpedic mattress I wanted possibly in stock. Still, I thought it would be a hassle finding financing and we would end up spending many nights on an air mattress, but I was wrong. Tom helped me to figure out the financing from one source and was able to extend the our repayment schedule so our monthly payment was resonable. Then when I asked about delivery, he said I could get it in a few days. I asked if I could pick it up myseld from the warehouse to get it sooner and he made a couple calls and was able t get the mattress delivered the same day, yes the same day. I'm sure this is not always the case but I am so very grateful he was able to help me out. All of this was done in under 30 minutes. I was truly shocked by how wonderful my experience was. I expected an all day run around to get a mattres, but instead I was done we had mattress at our house in 5 hours ready to go! Thank you Tom and thank you Bed Mart! I woud recommend this business to anyone who is on the hunt for a new mattress or base. Read moreMy husband and I visited this store over Thanksgiving weekend. We were greeted by Tom, who was very knowledgeable, candid, and helpful as we specifically came to look at Tempur-Pedic mattresses. We found the one we liked and went with the lower cost iLift adjustable base. Delivery of the mattress and base was fast and without issue. The issue was the iLift frame. It is not as sturdy as we expected. We ran in to a couple issues and Tom took care of us each time, calling us back within minutes of when he said we would, and getting someone out to help take care of the issue. In the end, we upgraded to the Tempur-Pedic Brand Ergo Extend adjustable base. It's much more solid, more quiet, and just all around better...you really do get what you pay for. We had one last snafu before we got exactly what we bought, but again, Tom took care of us that day, made sure we were happy and did it without any grief.
