Please do not order delivery from this restaurant. Their site to order on is constantly having issues. We had previously ordered delivery, and the site changed to a 'pick up' after the order was placed. All without notification. We had to go down to the restaurant in order to receive said food because of the issue, and the manager stated that they have issues with their ordering site (as if it's a normal occurrence).
This time, you aren't given ANY option as to what fountain drink you want. Apparently, when the delivery driver is retrieving your order, they are given a cup and told to just fill it with whatever. So you get a mystery drink. This is an idiotic concept, but I don't mind because I'm not a particularly picky person with pop. However, for my young children's apple juices in their kid's meals, the restaurant was out of juice. Rather than contacting us to inform us and ask what we would like as a replacement or anything, they simply handed 2 more cups to our delivery driver and said "just fill it up with something since there's no juice". More mystery caffeinated beverages for the small children...when we called to ask what was in the cups, they had no idea since they just gave it to the driver and had him do it. We explained "We were just trying to figure out what was in these since it was going to young children and you can't give little kids caffeine, that's all." The employee said "Well, if you wanna come down here you can get a different drink, but there's no juice." They didn't exactly think through a response like that...they have no idea how far away you are and say to just come get a different drink...if you're going to offer a solution, maybe think of something that would ACTUALLY work?
As for the quality, it has drastically dropped. I am not sure what has happened in the last 6-12 months, but the food quality is becoming abysmal. This used to be a great place to order from, and we would spend our 'out to eat' money on this place every week or so. Lately, we started ordering less and less due to how poor the quality is. For every change there is on ANY burger like removing lettuce (ordered online, in person, and over the phone), they simply ignore these instructions now. 100% of our recent orders have had 'remove A' or 'extra B' on it and not a single one has been correct. They also are not even using the correct measurements / recipes for their standard items. A simple burger with cheese and lettuce has had no lettuce. You have the burger on the buns, are told 2 whole things to put on and miss half, how does that even happen? On top of that, the patties are almost always burnt (as we have counted, it is 12 out of 15 recently). And I mean like burnt to where the patty is charred, hard, & crunchy.
The district manager needs to step in and assess this location immediately if they don't want to see it go out of business.
Quality - 0/10 Customer Service - 4/10 Cleanliness - 7/10 Prices - 8/10 or 2/10*
*Prices 8/10 for average burger prices in the area, only 2/10 for the quality of the burgers...
Read moreI've only been to this location and the one downtown but I've been going for nearly 10 years and I've noticed, much to my surprise and joy, that this place has filled the Red Robin-of-my-youth shaped hole that had painfully formed in my heart after trying numerous times yet failing to recapture the magic of fries, burgers and strawberry lemonades with friends that Red Robin once routinely blessed upon my life. The joke had become that every time we returned, the Royal Red Robin burger increased in price by $1 but what we failed to realize was that we were only in high school and that more life existed outside of our heavenly naive experiences and now as I approach age 40- long gone are the post movie late evening bottomless refuels previously affordable on a slightly spoiled middle schooler budget while the food itself seems to taste as old as my memories and the Red Robin I once knew only exists as exactly that as I mercifully no longer visit given such evidence of unashamed injustices.. but I digress..
Or do I? Well imagine the sincere sadness upon realizing what I just described little by little accompanying all the other familiar signs we all experience during the more familiar and universal signs of transition into "real life" basically doing the best job possible making it clear to us that things change and will continue to do so from now on, to our genuine shock and bewilderment as we once believed nothing new happens in adulthood outside of reaching the legal drinking age. Well now imagine Killer Burger kicking the door down while shouting "Maybe so! But if you're down to keep trying with whatever's next, you can still have places like THESE!" and then it hands me a MF-ing Peanut Butter and Pickle Hamburger and vanishes back through the wrecked and splintered door and onto it's next grand feat which I assume lies further ahead somewhere in need of conquering, and it does: both to it's left and to it's right,...
Read moreI just wanted to edit my review to reply a little to the response I got. I understand there is a meal deal when you get a pint or what have you but to the people who don’t drink it’s not really a deal. I don’t want to get a beer or cider I don’t really want for my meal to be cheaper.
Original; It was okay. Came here last minute, Monday at around 6? Fast and friendly service. Paid 28.99 including tip, and it was just okay 🤷🏻♀️personally I’d have rather gone to five guys if I had known. Got the classic with fries. Fries were really salty but other than that were good. The side sauce you get is really small not enough for all my fries. The top bun is huge light and fluffy while the bottom turns into mush. Their onions are like diced onions that fall everywhere not really appealing compared to just sliced onions. The construction of the burger is alright but just falls apart so easily. The patty also falls apart because it’s squished into nothing. It was just kind of a weird experience with a burger. Flavors were alright but like I said the patty was just not appealing because weren’t really biting into a patty. Idk just my take on it. Probably won’t be back again. Price seems really high for what it is. 2 burgers 1 fry and 1...
