Awesome gym; coaches really care...and plan the daily workout to make it fun and varied. Never boring! They have a kids area, too. And crossfitters over 60 are welcome and encouraged. I love this place!

Gresham Strength and Conditioning is an incredible gym! The head coach/owner is fantastic—he really listens and always knows how to offer smart, safe modifications for any workout.
