Has someone who was born and raised in san jose, california. I know what is good mexican food and what isn't. Red flags were already sent up when my order(carnitas) came within a couple minutes of me sitting down. The meat was dry, the tortillas were old. They did give me a fresh order of tortillas when i asked them, but i could tell that they already knew the ones they gave me before were old, and i feel that was just lazy. They do have decent beans, and rice. They are a bit over priced,(my meal and a beer cost me $13). The staff is friendly, and quick to meet your needs. Usually the " hole in the walls" mexican places have the best food. I just felt disappointed that this one missed the mark. I will try this place again, incase they were having a bad day, has that does happenen, but i wont order...

It was delish! There are a few things I won't eat, but people around me order all sorts of fish plates & soups. Never go when it's Gresham Highs lunch time. You'll be waiting for a bit, better to call...

Don't expect for it to be ready right away since the chef takes his time to create a siete mares that is not spicy, yet the flavor takes you back to the ocean. Very hearty with shrimp little octopuses, and other meats you expect in a siete mares. Served with a very generous crab leg portion. Don't expect the friendliest welcome but food quality is superb and it's a...
