Grunt Style @ Nebraska Crossing — Local services in Gretna

I will say that the store at NE crossing has always been good with customer service. The online shopping is the all time worst!! I placed an order for 2 hoodies on Dec 16 2024, went through on the 17th and sent out on the 18th. When placed the shipping was standard shipping ( 3-6 day delivery ) with an estimated delivery date of Dec 23rd. This package is being sent to my son in Anchorage Alaska, it finally made it to Washington on Dec 25th. It is still sitting there today with a new estimated delivery date of Jan 9th 2025!! When I called customer service I was told that Alaska is an international shipping address and can take up to 30 days to be delivered. I don't know when Alaska left the 50 states of the United States, but according to Grunt Style it is not part of the 50 states!! When the order was placed and they took my money from my account there was nothing on the order that said anything about it taking up to 30 days to get to Alaska! I would have definitely cancelled the whole process and not even finished the order! Customer service will not help with anything, they won't refund any money, try to find out why it is still in Washington, or offer any type of discount on the payment made. This is supposed to be a birthday present for my son before Christmas and he received nothing for his birthday! So glad I didn't order from Grunt Style for any of his Christmas!! I mailed his Christmas boxes and got them all there in 4-5 days max!! So did the other companies I ordered from and had sent directly to him!! All of his Christmas at least got to him on time because it was from me or other companies!! Not getting anything online from Grunt Style...

Brandi provided excellent customer service when I needed to return a torn Woobie Hoodie. She explained why the store couldn’t accept returns anymore and provided the Beer Gurantee form to return via mail. Apart from the Woobie Hoodie, everything else surpasses my expectations in terms of durability, comfort, and overall construction. The sizing is a bit smaller than I anticipated; usually I wear a medium size and have some extra room, but with Gruntstyle, I had to get an XL to achieve the same level of comfort. Keep in mind this is with the regular fit, the relaxed fit I can do a large. For reference my measurements are 38B for the bust and 34 in for the waist. The price is average, although it may be higher than what some people are willing to spend. However, the quality of the products justifies the cost. Whether you are a veteran or a civilian they treat you with respect. That says a lot in the world we live today. My fiancé and I are both veterans but the lady checking out in front of us was not, she got the same level of attention and care that we did. This place is great! The store was clean and the employees were all friendly, funny, and helpful despite the Saturday crowd (and it was a crowd). They have a good selection of merchandise supporting not only the military, but also other EMS services, and does a great job of reflecting the spirit of those who serve in these professions: a little quirky, a little irreverent, but always patriotic.

Brandie Jo was a treat: she not only helped me find what I was looking for, but also took the time to direct me to and help me hunt down a few other things she thought I would like. What struck me was that she didn't do it with the air of an employee trying to sell to a customer -- she was genuinely excited about the merchandise in the store and was eager to show me the things she liked, and thought I might like too. It was like shopping with a friend, and I really appreciated it. And it wasn't just her -- all the employees were chatty, energetic, and genuinely excited.
