We purchased a wedding band from a Helzberg in Branson, MO in October 2020. In April 2021, we took the engagement ring and wedding band to the Helzberg store at Gateway Mall in Lincoln for the 6 month inspection and to have the rings soldered together. They were told us it would be 3 weeks and that timeline was true. However, when I went in to pick them up, they informed us that the rings had not been re-sized, which we had paid for when dropping the rings off, and they were re-sent to a jewelry tech and would take up to a week. They had not notified us the rings were being sent back in until I came into the store. At this point, we were 2 weeks away from the wedding. When I picked them up for the second time, the final ring was NOTHING like what the original Helzberg who sold us the wedding band showed us the fitting of the bands would be. The bands were soldered together crooked, they werenât fitted correctly and had large gaps between each band, and the ring wasnât even cleaned after they finished. After the second send-in, we were a week before the wedding. My fiancĂ© suggested the Helzberg in Gretna to see if there was a possibility they could fix it in time. The ladies at the Gretna store were BEYOND helpful and assured us the ring would be sent in to their local jeweler, correct and back to the store in time. I dropped the rings off on Wednesday and by Saturday we received the call that the ring was done and ready to pick up (on a holiday weekend nonetheless).

   Read moreI came into the Nebraska Outlet Mall location and Sarah and Becky took great care of me. Sarah was incredible, She ask me about what I was looking for an anniversary gift for my wife. Sarah showed me numerous options and really care about making my experience about getting the right items instead of just selling me things. She walked me through the store and answered all of my questions. I felt like she cared about not only me but also my wife who would be receiving this gift. Sarah went the extra mile for me.
Then when I finally decided on items, Becky came in and worked her magic and saved me even more $ than I expected.
I cannot express enough how wonderful these two beautiful ladies Sarah and Becky were to make sure my experience was A+ and that the merchandise would show my love to my beautiful wife.
When you have an experience like I had at Helzberg you feel important and that is what these ladies did for me. They both are dedicated to proving the best service possible while also making you feel like your visit is VIP. I would 1000% recommend this location and would definitely buy more jewelry from Sarah and Becky. I will not buy jewelry anywhere else and will continue to have these two wonderful women help me out. As in our case, we were not looking to buy anything new. We simply needed to get something to tighten a ring on my wifeâs finger.

Wow!! I was so impressed by the quality of service that I couldnât resist the temptation of just looking at the selection of jewelry. This is one of those rare occasions where the customer/ salesperson interaction was unexpectedly heart warming. Heather and Ken were both on their âAâ game for this day. I suggested we try on a couple of nice pieces and maybe something might catch our interests.
Well, it was not a minute before Ken presented a beautiful necklace with matching earrings. I was so impressed with his selection, I bought it. It matched my wifeâs dress and certainly enhanced her appearance.
