I will no longer shop here. I used to be an avid fan of this store. At least once a month I am in there shopping. On my last visit two weeks ago, I was followed and asked 4 separate times if I needed help. IDK if it was because Im black or what, but 4 diffrent occasions I found that before I was asked if I needed help, I was being followed around the store. Person # 1: "Can i help you find something?" Me: No, im good thank you. 5 mins later, here comes person #2: "Something I can help you with?" Me: Nope, im good. After another 5 mins, I notice someone circling the area im in...soon after, here comes person #3: "Anything special you're looking for?" Me: Um just shopping, im familiar with the store". Sure enough, a few minutes later, here comes the final person #4:" How can we help you?" Me: "Thats the fourth time Ive been asked in as many minutes. Cashing out now". I grabbed my things and made my purchase and left. I will just shop online from now on...its 2022 and we are still profiling ppl and making them uncomfortable. Like I said, never again will I shop here and subject myself to such nonsense. Want our money but don't want us in...
Read moreThis is definitely a biased 5-star review—I’m a huge fan of Under Armour products! My recent visit to the Under Armour Outlet Store was a great shopping experience. I had just been to Dick's Sporting Goods and found that their Under Armour items were about 10% more expensive than the outlet's prices. For example, I bought two Under Armour backpacks for $110, but if I had waited to purchase them at the outlet, I could have saved $15.
The selection at the outlet was fantastic, with tons of options, and I was excited to find t-shirts priced at just $12! The huge selection made it easy to find what I was looking for.
A special shoutout to the front register representative, who was extremely helpful and had a great attitude, making the checkout process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great shopping experience, and I’ll...
Read moreAbsolute worst customer service! We arrived at the store approximately 15 minutes before the store closing and were immediately approached by a store employee who said “you know we close in 10 minutes, right”. Over the next few minutes were were contacted by several employees and told about 7-8 times that the store was about to close. At about 5 minutes before closing they began blaring the song “Closing Time” so loudly you could hardly hear anything else. As we were getting ready to walk to the registers, we were approached by another employee and told that the store was now closed and we needed to leave, despite the fact that it was still not 6:00. We chose to leave the items we were going to purchase and leave the store. I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow. I can’t imagine this is how they want their brand...
