I visited the Coach Outlet Store with the intentions to walk away with the purchase of a brand new Coach purchase. While enjoying a drink outside, I noticed the Kate Spade store which I observed how friendly the sales associate seemed to her customers. Upon entering the store, the sales associate was very friendly! She was very knowledgeable about the products (purses) the store had to offer. She took the time to show many purses and help me decide which one was compatible to my personality. I decided to take my Coach purse back within an hour due to the way I was treated by the sales associates at the Coach store. Two of the sales associates at the time were engaging in a conversation with each other. There were enough customers paying or non-paying customers that were there to be helped. I believe that the store had too many employees for the amount of customers they were paying attention to. The store associateâs reaction to customers left me walking away and feeling as if one had stole something. Although, one of the sales associates did approach me, she basically told me which purse was for the summer and which purse you would wear all year round. She had me put the purse on my shoulders, look in the mirror, and then proceeded to walk away. She never returned. There are so many purses and other Coach products available at the Coach store. The sales associates maybe knowledge about the products(purses), however, they are very reluctant to share that information to the customers. Some day, I plan on purchasing one. I truly believe in the quality of Coach purses . the end, I do plan on owning a coach purse because. I really wanted to purchase one. In fact, I did purchase one that day, then I was introduced to the Kate Spade purses and returned it. For the first time I was introduced to a Kate Spade purse. The skills of a sales customer associate sold the these purses 100%. I would buy another Kate Spade purse because the sales associate took unlimited time to make sure I found the right purse that was compatible to my personality. She also let me know that hopefully soon the fall products that I asked about should be coming in and to come back in a few weeks to check on the new arrivals to see if the product I was looking for is there. I moved to the other side of the store and a another associate named Tara helped me finalize my purchase and showed me how to put the chain on my purse the way another purse had it so it could slide around and I didnât have to move the whole purse (hard to explain but makes sense to me).
