Korean street food in Nebraska! Of course we had to try it. Kong Dog 1st choice what's inside- beef sausage (hot dog), mozzarella stick, half & half, chicken sausage (hot dog) or plant based sausage. We chose a beef and a half & half. 2nd choice the covering. We both picked small cubes of potato embedded in the batter. Fried to a golden brown. The cheese half was melty with a fantastic pull The potato covering was crispy. Unfortunately the batter around the beef was undercooked. Still good flavor but a little disappointing. They have really fun options such as churro, fruity pebbles, ramen and spaghetti. Try the sweet chili sauce as a dip or covered in spicy cheeto dust. If you are feeling adventurous. Be warned, the beef hot dogs are most certainly not beef hot dogs. I feel like I ordered a sprite and got a club soda. When I bit into the dog, my mouth was immediately assaulted with the flavor of the super cheap hot dogs made from chicken and pork. Which I’m sure some people like, but I can’t imagine anyone would appreciate having the expectation of a beef hot dog and getting that instead. If they can’t even do their name sake well, I can’t imagine they do anything else...

Place needed to be bigger. Line out the door and not a lot of room if you are waiting it gets very full and crowded too quickly. Staff was super friendly! Highly recommend to eat while there. I decided to take them to go, and the crispness did not survive the drive. They have a good variety of flavors. I just wish the sweet ones had an option for maybe like a cream / chocolate or something sweet feeling and not just...
