On 4/10/21 Around 3 p.m.My sister & i went to Ulta at Nebraska Crossing where we were the only black patrons in the store at the time of the incident. While shopping in the L.A. Cosmetics aisles A White Female associate run around the corner to watch me, she didn't say anything at that time but "Oh"! I knew right away i was targeted as i finished with my shopping i noticed two burly female security guards awaiting at the door. As my sister & i preceded on with shopping at other stores they followed us to every store we went in. We we're victims of discrimination it was clear, Ulta had serveral White customers but the focus was on us the only Black customers in the store very embarrassing & disheartening. My sister and i frequent Ulta Beauty on serveral occasions mainly the shadow lake location spending our money contributing to the growing of business as for numerous of blacks customers support Ulta. I will never patronize this location & if not rectified properly i will not shop at any...
Read moreWe are so impressed!! We decided to take my niece here for a Christmas gift—have a mini makeup teaching session with the makeup artist-Gabby and buy a few items for her gift.
Gabby was spectacular! She did a great job with my 13 yr old niece as well as my 40 yr old sister. Both had a great experience and walked away looking, and more importantly, FEELING great! This is a great shop. It’s clear the employees like what they do and enjoy helping the customer. Thanks for a...
Read moreSara the General manager doesn’t represent Ulta very well. I purchased foundation during the 21 day sale. Called the store before purchasing online and asked if I bought the wrong shade if I could exchange it in store once it arrived. I was told “oh my gosh of course.” After being color matched by an amazing associate. I made it to the check out where I was met by Sara. There was no “hi, how are you? Did you find everything okay?” Nothing. Sara said I was unable to exchange the foundation due to company policy and wanted to act as though she was doing me a favor if she proceeded. “I’ll do this this one time, this isn’t company policy, did you call this store?” I heard it all from her. When I told her I didn’t want her to do me a favor and that she is a poor example of a manger for her staff she said “yes, yes, I am.” I kept the foundation and walked out. Do...
