If you’re looking for the absolute worse restaurant to eat at in Griffin then look no further you found it. This is the most unprofessional & disrespectful restaurant in 100 miles. I have tried to eat here 3-4 times a week every week bc I love Firehouse but I drive to the one that’s further from me bc of the experience I’ve had at this location every time. The staff is completely & extremdisrespectful. I get a BLT with no tomato’s every time that is all I get. I have eaten here more then 50 times & every sandwich I have gotten has been completely different. They consistently put items on the sandwich that does not even belong on a BLT. When I ask them to remake it they get an attitude when I ask them to remake the sandwich bc it’s wrong when the ingredients & how the sandwich should be make is listen on the receipt that they tape to the bag if they would actually look at the receipt & make it how it says the sandwich would be correct. I could go on & on about each & every experience I had but it would take me longer to explain then o have to live. All I want to do is share my experiences & the truth about this establishment with the people in my town so they know what to expect if they happen to go there. If you don’t believe me or think I’m exaggerating go see for yourself or send me a message on Facebook I have recorded the whole interaction multiple times on multiple different occasions. I’d be more then glad to show everyone the videos of how they conduct “business” at this location & how “well” the service is & so on & so forth. Everyone have a great day, if you want to have an absolutely horrible day & ruin your mood go TRY & have lunch...
Read moreDefinitely have had better service in other visits. Tonight 5/22/20 was different. Ordered over the phone, and went in to pay and pick up. Workers were frantic behind the counter and the guy on the register seemed a bit clueless. The order had not been written down, or processed in the system over about a 20min time period of my commute. Register guy asked me for the name on the order several times and I even went so far as to repeat the order verbatim. Several others were asked about the order, tickets were searched for, nothing. Time had already been spent on the commute, but the counter guy wanted to retake the order to which I declined and left. I get it, young folks need to work, but they seem to possibly need a bit more supervision or training on what to do or not to do. I wasn't angry, but it was frustrating. Some instances are understandable and offering a better explanation may have encouraged me to wait a bit longer. I just expected to be in and out. The store was not, I repeat, NOT busy. Possibly 2 to 3 in line for orders to be completed, but no one checking out. Side note: There seemed to be another couple searching through their order and discussing that it may or may not have been completed. The disorganized behavior has been witnessed before, but I had no issue other than the wait during that time. I hope that these instances are just flukes, but I'm not really sure. I do like the food, but the customer service and team aren't what they used to be. I'm hoping that they can correct the issues soon and...
Read moreSpecifically modified my meatball sub to be EXTRA toasted. I called about 2-3 mins after I placed the mobile order to ask if they would please put both of our pickles in a bag on the side or in the brown bag by themselves and the young man said yes. My husband showed up 15-20 mins later and they were just finishing the sandwiches, when he got home both of our pickles were so warm from being placed under the subs (doesn’t make any sense) that we tossed them. My meatball sandwich is so soggy, it’s falling apart even though I specially asked for extra toasted. The issue is there are nothing but immature teenagers running this establishment and a manager usually is there throughout the week. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. It’s NEVER consistent and when I’m paying $10 for a sandwich that isn’t made right, I’m gonna be upset because this...
