Was there this morning, had a coupon for the ultimate platter, when I got to the window the lady claimed their fryer was broken, so I ordered something different, she claimed she couldn't make that either, so I asked can you serve me anything? She said no it's broken down, so I drove up as I was putting my things back in my purse I noticed she handed the lady behind me a bag, I asked the lady if they served her food she said yes a bacon bisquit, I drove back around and asked why they served her and not me, then she claimed she couldn't serve the hash browns , for some reason I have no idea except for the fact that I am white is the only explanation I have come too, the lady behind me was black, I have never been treated this way been going here every week this worker was not the 1 who usually waits on me, this is the worst experience, I have never been treated this way no other explanation can I come up with, except for my skin color. This kind of nonsense has to stop she actually was letting a customer leave with nothing I asked can you serve me ANYTHING SHE SAID NO AND LIED ABOUT THE MACHINE BEING BROKE. Read moreWent into this place of business today 1st we were not greeted when we walked in the place so I knew then it was going to be a problem! The older lady who took our order heard what she wanted to hear! Ordered 4 meals one with onion rings! 2nd I told her that one of the meals was a large size she claim she didn’t hear me when I said that! Well as manager you could have made that right! Then 3rd I asked for zesty sauce and she says we’re out so I said can I get ranch she goes to say oh you can get ranch lady if you don’t give me 2 ranches to go with these onion rings I know some!!! She just handed us our food no condiments no nothing not even a marinara sauce for those skinny ass mozzarella sticks we got but rung it up on the receipt Then proceeds to talk trash with her coworkers about me asking for the ranch!! Poor customer service if you don’t like your job you need to find something else to do ma’am!!! I will never go back to this Burger King!!! They just hire anyone to hey need a whole new squad!! With manners and know how to work front end cuz she gonna get cursed out plenty of times with the attitude...
Read moreI’ve had a bad experience every time I’ve tried to go to this BK. My most recent experience: Drive-thru lines were long. I went in to order my to-go meal. I used a coupon to order my husband a meal and tried the new flame grilled chicken. I had to wait almost 15-minutes for my order along with several other people who were waiting on their meals. They were slow and unorganized. I was terribly disappointed in their service. When I got home with our meals, my flamed grilled chicken sandwich wasn’t edible. I could barely cut it with a knife. One side was charbroiled until it was hard and the rest of it was like rubber. I couldn’t eat it at all. It ended up being tossed out. It was the worst thing I’ve ever brought home from a fast food restaurant. I can’t believe they let food leave their restaurant like that. I paid almost $5 for that one sandwich. People shouldn’t have to open their wrapper/bags up to check the accuracy of their order before they get home. I live too far to go back to ask for a replacement. I doubt if I will ever return to this BK. Not sure if I’ll want to see another BK...
